It was time for a new, bigger bed and I had a great experience here. I did the whole Goldilocks thing and laid on many mattress until I found one that was perfect. I was really impressed that the box spring, delivery, set up and taking away the old mattress is included in the very reasonable and easy to see price. Will definitely recommend this place! My only qualm would be, when I asked if they sold bed frames, (that I would also need) I was specifically referring to the style used at the store. When the delivery people arrived and set it up, I was a little disappointed that it was not the same style. I got it free as part of a Black Friday deal, and I hadn't specifically mentioned what frame I was talking about, so I'm not mad about it. That being said, I think the price is fair for what it is and not having to put it together myself, it's just not what I was expecting.

I basically just left but want to review asap.
My son and I were shopping for a new mattress for him. We are both VERY introverted and socially anxious so walking into a place like this can be really stressful. Jim Cady must've sensed this because it was about as perfect of an experience as we could've had. He let us know he was there to help but stayed at his desk while we wandered around. He kind of threw important information at us just a little bit at a time while we went from bed to bed testing them out. There was no pressure at all, we didn't feel rushed, and we didn't feel like we were in the way which have all happened at other stores.
It was just a really nice experience for two awkward folks lol. Found a mattress in our price range to be delivered tomorrow, plus we were able to shop local. What more could you ask for? Thank you Jim!

Time spent living in small quiet towns come around full circle. Despite the challenges I have been faced with, I got to experience the same honest and direct service I had been offering to others my entire life.

Jim Cady was respectful and a joy to visit with while I waited for a response from my wife about the purchase I had settled on.
