Maverick Welding Supplies / Airgas Store reviews
9Shielding gas here is way over priced. I go to Airgas now, much better prices and the staff were so much more helpful than anyone at Maverick.
There's no reason to shop anywhere else.knowledgeable and friendly staff, they always have what you need in stock, and their price on gas is better than anyone else around. Plus, I'd much rather give Maverick my money knowing I'm supporting a small business.
This store used to be my favorite supply store but I just stopped in for a hardhat adapter and was browsing while I thought of other things I needed. I my shopping experience was cut short because it felt they were pushing me out of the store. Definitely would have spent more then 20$ but instead they lost a customer. That's too bad I really liked the ppl here
This is where I get all my welding supplies.
Cheaper than AirGas, loaded with a surprising variety of supplies, and a knowledgeable staff makes this place a personal go-to.
We have been customers for years well stocked and knowledgeable folks, came in for small business Saturday but they were closed
, bummer should have called first.
This shop is great. They were patient when I was shopping for my first welding machine and have been great ever since.
I'm a professional automotive fabricator. I"ve been using Maverick for years because they are the closest welding supply to my business, but after having dealt with Quimby, Watt Welding (not Airgas), and Airgas: I would probably drive further to deal with these guys than the others. Very helpful and they actually lowered the price of Argon to the customer when their cost went down several years ago - how often does that happen? !? !
Quality folks at this welding supply store. We shop here for our cutting torch supplies and gases. Product on the shelf, down to earth staff. It's a win-win!
Super rude in a nice way! I called to get some cylinders filled or exchanged & have all business & paperwork to prove who & what im doing with the gas but they dont want to help in the fact they are afraid to sell the gas! Why carry a gas that you dont want to sell? Sounds like they are trying to keep it for them selfs & friends to do! Hmmmm.very fishy way to do business!
