I have neuropathy in my feet up my legs. After several treatments I’m beginning to get feeling in my toes and pain is diminishing. Can walk without my cane. I’m very great full

I cannot thank Dr. Pam and Dr. Max enough for all of their help! I am able to get up every day now and do activities I was unable to do before I was their patient. It feels great to have most of my life back after all of my back injuries.

My son is also a patient and I am so thankful that I brought him in or there would be issues that his other doctors never mentioned. Without Dr. Pam and Dr. Max these issues would have not been taken care of.

I also really appreciate Tiffany at the front desk helping me with my questions and getting appointments that work with my schedule.

I don't think I have been this angry in a long time. If I could give zero stars I would. I normally don't do reviews, I just never go back. But I couldn't let this slide.

I made my chiropractic appointment with Dr. Max. I arrived at 3: 45 PM for my 4 PM appointment with all my completed paperwork. I was taken to a room around 4: 25 PM. Then around 4: 30 PM Dr. Pam comes in. I stated I made my appointment with Dr. Max. I had scheduled with him for a reason. She proceeds to tell me she is leaving, so everyone is trying to get in and they have overbooked. Um, okay, fine. She spends about 15 minutes with me, running through a couple of test for strength and alignment. It was interesting, and she gleans onto some stuff going on that I didn't tell her about. I was intrigued.

Here is where it starts to go south. She then tells me to schedule my appointment with Dr. Max. What? I already did. Again, ok I'll schedule another appointment. In my head thinking, "I really hope I can get in soon. I want that adjustment. "

I get dressed and go out to the reception desk and make my appointment. I go to leave and the receptionist reminded I need to take care of payment. I said, "you're right, my copay. " She proceeds to tell me that I owe over $320! I was beyond shocked. I said I should have either a $15 or $25 copay. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me if she sent in the full bill I'd max out my $1000 benefit. In the last two years I have never maxed out the benefit, and I get an hour massage and adjustment every month!

Now I'm getting mad, but was never rude. At that point I did tell the receptionist to cancel the follow-up appointment. The receptionist only charged me the $25 copay. I left. Driving home the angrier I got. It's not right! I didn't get to see the provider I scheduled to see, I wasn't told or given the option to say I didn't want to see Dr. Pam and the kicker is NOTHING was done. I never even got the adjustment. She did a few tests!

I called them when I got home. The receptionist you could tell did not care. I told her how angry I was, and all she had to say was, "okay. " I explained that no one told me that my visit would not be with who I scheduled the appointment with. I was also not told to be prepared to pay over $320 for an initial visit, let alone being told I would actually have to schedule ANOTHER visit to have the adjustment done. They have had my insurance information since I scheduled the appointment at least 2 weeks ago.

Thanks Maximum Health Care for maxing out my benefit without doing anything. What a scam. Honestly, incredible! I'll be filing a complaint.
