The staff are very friendly and don't seem to rush you at all! The food was well done, and the location is nice.

We're looking for another place when we found this spot; but we're not disappointed. The sign said brunch sat and sun, was skeptical as it was a brewery. Was immediately greeted with a smile upon entering. Plenty of open tables. Our server was pleasant and quick. We ordered a couple of cocktails, a tequila sunrise and a bloody Mary. Hers was good but my bloody Mary was a pallet blowout with all the garlic. I mean hurt your stomach strong and can't taste anything else. She got the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and I got the eggs Benedict with a substitute croissant. She said hers was ok. My eggs Benedict was some of the best I've had! I will be returning for more of that but probably not get any cocktails next visit.

They have one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! Love their bottomless Mimosas as well on the weekends!

Disappointed! We went here for our anniversary- had to order at the hostess stand, husband's food was cold and my Mac and cheese seemed to be missing the cheese. Liked the flavor of the bratwurst- even with it having a ton of nutmeg in it! The Cesar's salad was okay- but lacking in dressing. My old fashioned was almost all ice- not worth the money. Nice looking place, though. Oh- and we had gone there because I had looked at the menu online and we had been intrigued- but the menu was completely different!

Nice place for a tasty brunch in a cozy &calm atmosphere on the weekends. Friendly staff and great service with warm smiles. Prices are very reasonable compared to other breakfast places nearby. Nice and bright space with tall windows - I like it! Best part is there was no wait time. Will definitely revisit and recommend to friends.

Phenomenal place! It's so nice to find a place that has Belgian beer! Food was really good and the service was great as well. Definitely will be back!

Out for a Sat brunch. There was a 45 min wait at the place we wanted to go but decided not to torture ourselves with a long wait and loud restaurant.
We saw this place, the sign said brunch Sat&Sunday… no wait, good food and quiet!
So we loved our new fav place! We sat right by the tracks… felt like we were at a cafe in Europe!
We will be back with our 11 year old daughter too. The menu is great and reasonable.
I had a veggie omlet my husband had a mazama omlet. It was well made, tasty, not huge, just the right portion!
Our waitress- Natalie was so sweet, polite and helpful! Thank you Natalie!
I think the only thing this place was missing was a nice foamy cappuccino! ️

We came here specifically to try the place for the first time and alas, they are apparently closed until Jan 11 for "holiday". Nothing posted on their website or Facebook stating the new hours. Didn't know until we got to the door. Mazama: there are so many tools at your disposal to let your customers know if you are open.please use them.

Nice service. Love the beer here. Porto fries (fried portobello mashroom) was good. Chicken tacos was below average.

I loved everything about this place! I will recommend this place to all my Houston friends and Family! It’s very laid back and family oriented. We had the Fish and Chips, Fried Brussel Sprouts, and BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich…. IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!

Update: We come here every weekend for a Mosaic Beer, EL Duque Beer, Fries and Fried Brussel Sprouts! It’s so yummy!

Update 10/30/22:

First time making it to the Brunch… OMG listen! I am from Houston, major foodie soooo their pancakes are so buttery and milky flavored it took me back to childhood! It’s has this crunch around the edges, way better than LaProvence (across the way). My beloved loooves the French Toast and we just love Kathleen’s kind heart and service. The entire staff is so attentive and homely I just love going their every once in a weekend.

Grabbing brunch at Mazama Brewing. No wait for seating and friendly service. The food is great. I highly recommend the bacon hash. They also offer bottomless mimosas for $25. I don't think you can beat that.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Mazama. We were there for 2 hours without receiving our food. We finally had to pay and leave. Just then our food came out which we ended up taking home and eating cold out of to-go containers. We were charged for those items and when I addressed my concerns a day or two later via email no one responded. Very very disappointing customer service and guest recovery. Would give zero stars if that was an option

Great food but no service.

The sign says "Seat yourself" but it does not say you must get up and order from the front counter. So, after sitting around for a while I got up to see, what the heck. We ordered the Charcouchie board and two beers to start with. When it was brought out to us, he had no idea what was on the board and had to go in the back to ask. You should always know what you are serving. Everything tasted wonderful.

I went back up to the front counter to order dinner. The cheeseburger was cooked to order and had great flavor. The fries were so crunchy and flavorful. I honestly think I had the best fish tacos I have ever tasted. The small portion of beans were so good they Ieft me wishing for more. The four stars are for the food, only.

NO service! You have to get up and track someone down for everything. Water, to order, to get napkins and utensils. No one asks how the food is or checks to see if you need anything else after they dump off your order.

Fun little brewery in a nice location. I had the chicken tacos and they were very yummy and flavorful. The wait staff was really nice, but a little forgetful. But who isn't these days?

If you're in Hillsboro, this is a great place to get a beer and fun food.

Food was good but overpriced. I paid for $18 for fish and chips and had to pay additional $3 for porto mushrooms instead of fries. The waitress was kind and attentive. The manager/owner, however, soured the entire experience over a soda refill. I was told soda was refillable and I assumed unlimited refills. When I went to get my second and last refill of my meal she told me they only do "two refills". I confirmed that, yes, this will be my second refill and continued with my request. She, however, corrected her mistake and mentioned that it only covers "two fills". This would have been the end of it but she added that I should be grateful to have received any refills at all. I tried to explain what I was told but instead got confrontational and told me to never come back if I was unsatisfied. This was completely disrespectful and confrontational over a simple mistake. Please be cautious the manager/owner will over escalate the situation for no reason. And note that I would have come back if the situation was handled with any amount of care but was treated with disrespect and rude.

The food, although overpriced, it was actually good. I don't think the business is holding up because price wise cannot compete, especially with Little Big Burger around the corner. We wouldn't have minded returning, but the Owner turned a simple misunderstanding into a bad experience that left a bad taste in the food. There was simply a miscommunication about how many refills we could get with the soda, but instead of being apologetic about it, she held her ground and argued we only get 2 fills (not refills, basically 1 refill with our initial drink). It was blown out of proportion for no reason. It was our first time and easily our last. The business doesn't look like it'll last, it wasn't worth arguing over a soda.

It was dead at 5: 17pm, the bartender was visibly overwhelmed pouring beer, rather surly to another customer. The waitress looked like today was her first day, was kind but not confident.

The food took forever and the whole vibe made two people walk in and immediately walk out.

I get that there is a staffing shortage, but where was the manager on duty to help guide these two. $18 fish and chips took a half hour.

(This review is only regarding their brunch.) Not recommended for dining in for brunch. We got french toasts and a hash dish. It tasted fine but too many other details were lacking to make up for the overall quality-to-price ratio. Coffee is very low quality (and they are located RIGHT next to a great roastery!) The booth seats were dirty with dusts and even spider webs in the corners. Little bugs near windows (perhaps just avoid seats near window.) Sad looking house-made biscuits. So yeah it's a mixed review - main dishes have little to complain about, but we won't return due to other important details not quite meeting standards compared to other local brunch options. Waiter service was great btw.
