Mazama is an awesome sporting goods store. Not only do they have an abundant and variety of goods to choose from but their staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mazama.

The manager of mazama cancelled the sale of a used P95 hand gun to my wife which has all the needed paperwork including her CCP because he didn't feel right about the sale. He says it was because I tried to purchase the same gun for her yesterday and was denied for lack of proper paperwork. I don't appreciate people that wanna play God and swing to the worst possible scenario to show off their power.
I recommend.

Went in to buy a magazine one employee was busy with customer the other employee was right next to the cash register talking to his buddy or customer about nothing to do with hunting or fishing put.magazine on counter after standing there for ten minutes looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge me or ask if I was ready buy so I figured he didn't want to help me went and put mag back and left I just don't get it he looked at me and knew I was up there to buy magazine very rude

Staff was very helpful, enjoyed the interaction I had while there. Felt like they were fair, honest and prices were reasonable. I would

Excellent selection of firearms and fishing gear! Started surf fishing this year and they had everything in stock! They had had some trolling gear I've never seen before - will be going back to look at again! 5.56 ammo was in sale too!

OMG if you're new too the area please stop in and talk with the people at Mazama's because it will be your one stop shop! Your looking for something in Hunting, Fishing, or General Information on River's and what's hot and what's not, Mazama's the only Name you will need too say or like me think but say out loud.

This store has great customer service! Edwin is very knowledgeable, he patiently answered all of my questions which resulted in a very positive, satisfying purchase. Have also dealt with Art who is great, very detail oriented, and super helpful. Thanks guys this store is the best!

First time I went in there, about 3 years ago, I was inquiring about the process of purchasing a suppressor. One of the guys behind the counter spent a good hour chatting with me about the whole process, while knowing full well that I had no intention of buying anything that day.

Fast forward to today: I had previously purchased a CETME-LC and upon test firing it was mildly disappointed that it failed to eject almost every single time. Some googling showed similar experiences. The CETME (a roll-delayed-blowback action) requires quite a bit of break-in and generally prefers HEAVY loads. I mentioned that I was having trouble with my CETME to one of the guys behind the counter and he immediately knew why this is happening, spoke knowledgeably about the CETME operating system and pretty much confirmed my suspicions about the care and feeding of the weapon system.

Between these two times I have been in there many times, making several purchases and have been treated fairly and with respect every single time.

In summary: good selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, not pushy with great customer service.

They have amazing customer service and all kinds of cool things most sporting goods stores don't carry. There staff is very helpfull and knowledgeable about guns. There prices are very affordable compared to most places in Eugene and Springfield.

We absolutely love this place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We'll always go there
