McDonald's, Coos Bay OR

Great a little off today forgot to put extra pickles instead they put none. But it's not like it was the wrong hamburger lol.

I think the cookies are getting worse.but if you don't already know, you can get the mcdouble with nothing but Mac sauce and cheese and it's as good as the big mac, just cheaper, try it

I order a coffee with 4 sweeteners. I'm having difficulty getting them to put sweetener in it instead of creamer.

It's remodeled for adults and trending style but there is nothing kid friendly about it anymore.

The remodel was very nice. The attendant at the cash register was very sweet and polite. The fish sandwich tasted extremely fresh with great flavor, but, the french fries were, cold and stale.

You spend more money on aesthetics than you do on employees. Train them better, pay them better and lower the medical out of pocket portion your employees pay.

Slow service; regularly gets orders wrong; rude employees (that barely look high-school age, even). Only thing making this location get the rating it's getting, is the fact that the food was at least decently good compared to the other McDonald's locations I've visited recently. Overall, I give this location 3/5 stars.

There's always enough employees to takecare of you, wether your using the drive thru or take out

Bought food yesterday, and the guy started yelling at me about my order after I ordered it and was accusing me of lieing. Terrible customer service! Bad bad bad management.
