McDonald's will not help you if you do not want to destroy the planet with emissions and wait in the drive-thru. They will not help you at the counter.

Always opens late but only for dine in. Don't let you walk through the drive thru. Maybe they should consider changing the posted open time or allow you to walk through the drive thru.

Not good I ask the manager about my order and he answered really rude and a want it to get two waters and he didn’t even told me yes or not and ask one of the other workers they said 25 cents each and I gave her the money and the manager ask her what he wants and she said water and he told her if they paid for it he didn’t even know that she all ready have the money

Fast service, clean, food was hot with it burning my mouth, and by a mile the friendliest service I've ever had at a fast food joint. 5 stars all day!

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to for customer service. It wasn’t always this bad, but in the last few months has gotten progressively worse. There is a specific manager who actually has always been the one who makes the visits the worst. She is tall, slender, has a long black pony tail. She has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve seen her Kick out a lobby full of people when the door was open saying “they didn’t have time to lock the door but they are closed and have to leave”. Last night I went through the drive thru and tried to use a mobile code, I was told there server was down and the codes weren’t working. I asked if I could show my screen to have the price honored. She told me to pull up to the window, which I did. When I got to the window she said it was my app and to close out of it and go back in which I did. I visibly showed her after she said “it’s still not working I can’t honor the price” there was never any type of apologetic behavior whatsoever. I said “if the server is down wouldn’t it make sense for the codes not to work”? She said that it was my app and that I needed to exit out of everything and reinstall it, and told me I needed to show her that I did it. (Wow) At this point I was not going to take that much effort for the order. I told her I would proceed without the code, and then magically the code had worked. As she is entering my meal she was telling the other employee “people don’t understand that things aren’t our fault”. Pulled to the next window to pick up my order. She hands me a small cup for my drink and tells me they are out of bigger cups. Again, not once, making any type of the experience better or trying. She is awful, and each time I have gone and she has been there, the experience has been the same.

I always have to wait so long for food, this place shouldn’t even be called a fast food place. Such a sad establish, the women here are very hard working it seems as when the women are working and get me my food it’s much faster so sad that i still have to say this. Poor management on Tylars behalf

I was very surprised this was the first McDonald's my food was warm almost hot when I left the drive-thru I recommend this store and the employees were nice

Fries were cold, like genuinely cold and had no salt. Took 25 minute no exaggeration, from order to getting our food.

Really poor service and rude. Stated you could order item on kiosk. Even stated he was sure item was on kiosk but it was not. Avoid this Macdonald’s

I go through the drive thru and can't understand what the waitress says because she has such a foreign accent.

This is the slowest place I've ever been. Was in the drive through for 45 minutes tonight 10/29/22. I could see people "employees" just standing around. Why is it called fast food here. I work nights and I only have 30 minutes for my lunch, well I was late coming back so thank you for that.

Spent 20 minutes in store today eating my food the whole time trying to get the Wi-Fi to connect once I finally got it to connect did not work at all I had a 1.6 megabyte update for one of my games and it did not do the update that being said I did an update on my iPad at the same exact time and it worked perfectly fine One out of 10 for Android 10 out of 10 for ios

This place usually has fast service but they closed the lobby and kept they're Uber service going, as a Uber driver waiting in a drive through will make me cancel the order because wait in drive though lines significantly impacts hourly wage average, I'll just move on to the next delivery. If you have to close the lobby, please turn off your Uber food service (it's super easy just hit the button on your businesses Uber tablet I know sits by your drive though register) the Uber drivers will appreciate it.

The staff are friendly and the food is consistent and a known variety. Make sure to download the McDonald's app to keep current with deals. Like 1$ large fries or free medium fries on Friday.
