McDonald's, Clackamas OR

Orders are constantly screwed up. They never have special flavors like shamrock shake, pumpkin spice, peppermint even though they’re clearly advertised. I go here several times a week so it’s not like they ran out, I believe they never ordered the product. Clear violation of their franchise agreement.

By far the worst McDonalds I have been to in the nation. Fries were cold and disgusting, chicken nuggets were old. Lobby was closed! We were there trying to let our kids stretch their legs during a long car ride and then we couldn't sit to eat. I asked the manager why they don't have the lobby open and she said because they didn't want people overstaying their visit. MCDONALDS CORPORATE: AUDIT THIS LOCATION!

Available Parking was mostly for online orders. They had chains over all the seats so my disabled child had no where to rest. My foster child was locked out of the bathrooms. I struggled to communicate with the squat little old lady behind the glass. Seemed like more of a factory than a restaurant.

One star is generous.
They had us pull up to “wait for fries” five other cars got their food from the window behind us and left… we waited for 2 bags full of ice cold food and ice cold fries, fun.

Edit: went in two days ago during a power outage to get my son hot food, the woman didn't confirm my order and charged me for the wrong one, tried to yell back before she messed up the guy behind me but he got messed up too. At the window I tried to tell the girl what was happening and she didn't say anything and gave the most nasty face and just walked away. Tried to tell me that I wasn't going to get a receipt because the printer was broken even though I had just gotten one. So rude and they lied, I left with my receipt for the refund but not my actual meal. Consistently horrible service here, seems like they have high turnover never the same people.

Austin guaranteed me that this time my sandwich for my son would be made right. It's a plain McDouble no cheese extra pickles. I tried to explain to him how every single time I go through this drive-thru they can't make this one sandwich and he said no I got you but Austin definitely didn't have me. Then proceeds to blame the people on the back instead of taking responsibility for his whole team and saying I even went back there and told them to do it right. Smh.

Literally the last time I came here my son asked me for chicken nuggets because he's so depressed that he thinks his sandwich is so hard to make that he can't even order what he actually wants.

Cold soggy fries with a grease saturated sleeve used to hold the fries, cold burger Just a bunch of dumb little kids still living at home with mommy and daddy I've never felt so disrespected at a McDonald's drive through in my life I felt rushed the employees were unable to perform there job duties correctly very rude employees I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down.

Meh food was ok asked for hot mustard & got honey mustard. Not even close to the same. Super expensive $27.54 for 2 people for dinner "it's like we went out to a real restaurant for dinner.

One of the best McDonald's, amazing service, super friendly staffs. Their foods are always fresh and their prices for some reason is cheaper than other places, specially the frappes that I get a lot from there. Very nice and I feel welcome when I go there.

Always have good service here. My order has been right and the wait wasn't overly long.

The drive thru was really slow. People were leaving from the drive thru line. Even after they placed their order.

Quick friendly service via the drive-thru. Food was hot and fresh, good thing because I only eat McDonald's once a year or less. Wish more locations were as good as this one.

It was fine. I rarely go to McDonald's for ethical reasons (environmental and animal welfare), but today was a weird day. The fries were hot and mostly crispy. The mcflurries were very good. I don't know how McDonald's makes its ice cream so good.

I don't know what has happened to this place lately, but I just waited an extra ten minutes with barely a line to get the wrong soda and a couple of moldy cheeseburgers. The fries looked fresh though.

They closed the lobby during covid, and still haven't opened it except for take out only. They tell me because they are short staffed and tired of homeless sitting everywhere. The place does appear cleaner for it. There are a lot of homeless around, but they've never bothered me but just kind of do their own strange thing. Even as I write this I am watching a homeless man stagger around and around in the parking lot, shaking and wobbling like he has mad cow disease. Dinner and a show.

You get some employees that are kind and you get some that are not so kind. Hoping the kind ones rub off on the ones who need a little extra training in the interacting with customers department. (Kelly Dilday)

Hey McDonalds. There's no dignity or modicum of due respect for a location that could easily be referred to as "MethDonalds. " You may want to check in on your workers.

The soda is horrible they really need to check there soda machine taste like straight up syrup

I didn't get my receipt at the pay window. If I remember right, I am supposed to get something for free right? That would be the usual standard under normal circumstances. Either way, I got my food. It's fine. It's McDonald's you know. Rubber meat, a plastic bun and a generous amount of sauce to wash it all down with. I never feel good about eating here. However, I got my food pretty quick and it tasted like it should. Very little room to complain. After all, I came here on my own. No gun to my head.
