McDonald's, Newberg OR

Went inside to eat. This McDonalds gave me the quickest and pleasant at the counter service, and the quickest and efficient delivery of my food, of any McDonalds I've been to. Very clean and well organized inside too.

Pack your patience. It has been really busy and they are really short staffed. Waited 35 min. For breakfast but, my son enjoyed it and the staff were friendly. If more people were nice to fast food workers maybe there wouldn't be a shortage.

By far the worst mcdonald's ive ever been in. They take 10 years and dont care one bit. This place needs new management desperately. Get it together.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not only did they mess up my order, they didn’t fix it after my complaint. The brunette girl was very rude and wasn’t even attractive. She most definitely will become a future Karen. She threatened to hit me and spit in my food. I am highly disgusted by their service, and most definitely will never eat here again. I hope they all step on a lego or two when they get home tonight. Also, this state overall sucks.

It's McDonald's. It's hit or miss depending on the location and staff customer service. Though, I do love their milkshakes. 3/5!

It took almost 30 minutes. Ten minutes inside just to get assistance. 20 minutes for our food. Not sure why they made the milkshakes way before the food was ready. We saw them just sitting on the counter melting. We will not return to this particular McDonald's.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They never get a single order correct no matter how slow they are and I’ve never gotten my full order from here.

Let me tell you "Berg"ers what goes on in the capitilist clown shop for you fat people who say they will never come back, but still buy food here it tasted like plastic for the past 20 years (at least the whole time I've been alive, and you know why there is always a new crew here, becuase of management, the true karens are you guys throwing food at a 16 year old for not getting your food right, and no we will not spit in your food becuase we dont get paid enough for that, but yeah even if we did everthing fresh, it still will taste the same, its overpriced, i couldnt afford the food while i worked there lol, yeah i wouldnt here if i owned the restruant

Good service very fast but occasionally I've had some cups of coffee that were bad not in the sense but just not enough sugar and cream again for a dollar you think they would get it right or they just don't care

Here's what I like to do. When I have money to spare I buy two fish sandwiches and discard one of the buns and create a massive fishwich. Yum.

As I stated they got my my order down incorrectly. As there was a line behind me I didn't check to look which I should always do and all of us should always check in the bag to make sure that the correct order is in the bag. I found out when I got home and frankly I was too tired to go back. I'm sure many of you have been under the same Circle circumstances it's not just McDonalds but many of the fast food restaurants they are now back in business full time are very busy and understaffed, that is when mistakes are mostly made. Yet I find it there is no excuse good enough because it doesn't take but just an extra few minutes to check the order and make sure that it is exactly what the customer had ordered before taking the money and giving them their order. This McDonald's has the best staff! So nice and caring! Always a long line in drive thru but food was hot and good. My daughter loved the new holiday pie.

If I were the manager at the Newberg location I would terminate everyone and start over (I have been in customer service for over 30 years). The service here is the worst I have ever encountered. I always make it a point to say “have a good day” and every time I get no response, they practically throw the food at me and then turn away from me without even a word or smile. This last time I asked for a bun with no seeds on it because we have a dietary need where we have a hard time digesting and they told me that they can’t do that even though there are different kind of buns in the pictures on the menu. The manager finally came on speaker and assured me that they would do it and when I got it home guess what, the bun had seeds on it. They obviously need some training on customer service since there is none at this location. If I could rate less than one star I would have.

Poor service my food was cold when food was replaced the large Fry's was only half full and really over cooked. And the meat in the cheeseburger was not hot. They seem like they had more of a attidude

If you order curbside pickup, chances are they will give your food to another car then say you put the wrong parking spot number in. I understand mistakes happen, I was willing to look past my order being given to the wrong people during covid. Don't just point the finger at me and be rude about your mistake. I provided better service than the rude lady that came out.

McDonald's in McMinnville SUCKS. Staff is rude, busy talking, screwing around. Fries almost always luke warm. Pretty much don't go there any more.
