McDonald's, Redmond OR

It's McDonald's what can I say that you need to hear?
But I would like to give a shout out to the staff there.they have hired a bunch of really good kids That are doing the best they can, it's nice to see again.

It's McDonald's so typically you know what you're getting into when eating at one.

The HWY 97 location is one of two in Redmond, OR. This store was clean although the restrooms were not. The staff seemed put off by having to work when I was there Saturday 4/23/2022.

My order was not correct and the fries were cold even though I asked for fries without salt.

I will try to location on Highland (Rimrock) next time.

Always fast, always hot, always right! The McDonald's every employee should go to for training.

Micky D's is always consistent, decent food at a high price. I need to start using the app. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. Nice change of pace.

I just went there and like always they never give you what you want they ask me what salsa you want spicy or mild I ask spicy will they don't give me none

People are so rude because they have to wait 5 extra minutes but never stop to appreciate how fast they hustle curb side, drive thru AND REGISTER all with a smile man. Love it

Service was fast, food and coffee was warm enough, they're very friendly and clean. They are following the COVID-19 protocols. I'll recommend it to anyone.

They're advertising a hash brown Sandwich breakfast sandwich but truth be known as when you get it you have to put the hash brown on it and the other fixings and they charged her hash brown the advertising I know it's not that particular McDonald's well for the drive-thru window did not help one bit I had to get out of the car go in talk to a manager she didn't know it was happening either and so the other assistant manager came and handed me for hash browns two more new sandwiches and then two of the other that I ordered and over abundance McDonald's as far as McDonald's goes yes I'm happy the employees are getting paid well but they're also getting paid from $10 Big Macs it's getting pricing ridiculous enough to wear I don't really feel like going to McDonald's quarter pounder hamburger buns we're always stale

Normally I'd put a solid 4 stars for this joint. The staff are usually friendly, the food is well made. But the past two weeks I've noticed a steady decline in the quality of food, with it culminating today with two beyond stale breakfast burritos that look like they were made by a 12 year old learning to make their first burrito.

This was a very pleasant visit. We came for a quick breakfast and the staff were all so friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work. Our food, coffee, and iced tea was fresh and delicious. Really great McDonald's to visit.

They made a mistake on the order but made me new ones and had me keep the mistake, made up for the mistakes with excellent service.

The nicest assistant manager! Since there was no veteran program he bought my meal. The other folks were nice too. Happy Veterans Day! From them. My faith in humanity in Oregon was restored. Thank You So Much! This one atta boy wipes out 1000 "oops" at other McDonalds.

After having a double drive through for how long? STILL can’t help the people who arrive first. I know it’s hard with a WHOPPING 2 choices.

This location usually stays pretty clean. Plus the quality of food is usually on point as well. The speed of the order is fairly quick even when busy.

You have lost me as a customer. I have been a customer since this place opened. Last 2 times I've been there, I was skipped over in the drive thru. It was not busy, so no excuse.

The line was quick. I ordered a. Big Mac Bundle with a large chocolate shake. Yummmmmm. I forgot to stop at the first window to pay and they were very polite about my mistake. I like this place.

Horrable. No signage. Placed my order, they took my money and then when i set down to eat, they told me there was no inhouse dining. I gave them my food back, lost $14.50 and walked out. If it was drive thru only, why wasn't the door locked? She told me the mcdonald company had not opened to indoor dining yet. Funny, I've eaten in three mcdonalds in the last four days. All open. Avoid Redmond outlet. Rip off

Lobby is closed, but restrooms are open! Very helpful for a family on vacation. Drive thru was fast and accurate. Friendly staff. Tasty food.

HAH! If I could give a negative 5 stars that would be great for one the woman ordering are order wasn't listening and my dad had to repeat his order more than 2 times and we got home and we didn't have a drink and my dad asked for unsweetened tea but got sweetened and I just found a hair in my big mac! McDonald's yall really failing hard this year. I liked yall better 5 years ago. AND THEY TAKING ALL THE PLAY PLACES OUT MIGHT AS WELL GET RID OF RONALD MCDONALD

I never thought I'd have an example to show my children of white privilege until we constantly got skipped and avoided in the drive thru.
