You always have to ask for salt and ketchup.
Everybody uses that but you guys never give it to us even when we ask sometimes we don't get it we drive off so wake up and put it in our packages thank you. Sincerely Mr. McDonald

Fries were cold. BigMac was lukewarm. But the chocolate milkshake was great. Guess you can't screw up a milkshake to bad.

Still can't dine indoors? WTH? All Covid Bull s*** has been lifted. They are Just tying to save a buck. Since new building parking is a joke, there is litterly NO SPACE, traffic backed up. Crazy

Well, this mcdonalds for me has always just been "there". If you want it, there it is. They always screw up orders and forget sauces. But tonight! I had to wait 5 minutes for my drinks! That may not seem like much, but the fact they had given me my food, then had me pull around and wait so they could bring me my 2 drinks. Of course, they didn't bring them out. I finally went inside when I saw all the other cars breeze past me with their drinks. Luckily, I checked my fries to see they should have been tossed before they got to me. I go inside and inform the surly gentleman inside I'm waiting for my drinks still. He seemed irritated at me for asking for the rest of my order. I, of course, also asked for my fries to be redone since they had died. This was also, apparently, the biggest insult to ask for fresh food. I made the mistake of trying to give him my dead fries to prove I'm not just trying to scam food. He kept exclaiming how he was absolutely not taking them and he did NOT want then and why would he want them? Even as I was throwing them away and agreeing he did not need to take them. Drinks arrived, slammed on the counter, maybe 2 ice cubes each. Fries were given also passive aggressively. I even said thank you and got zero response. I'm all for fast food workers getting paid a living wage. But this is basic not even doing your job. When you don't do your job, you don't deserve to get paid for your job.

Oh and my old, 10 piece nuggets only had 8 inside. Save your time and frustration.

Ordered a meal and requested hot fries because they never are hot. Found a long dark hair in my food. Absolutely disgusted. Need to work on food saftey and customer satisfaction, not throwing orders out the window.

Been waiting in the drive through line for about 5 min. Got to the speaker - was told they close in “like 30 seconds, so we can’t make food that fast…” and that they couldn’t serve us.

We are currently sitting stuck in a lengthy drive through line while the car ahead of us is getting food - while ourselves and the cars behind us are forced to wait in the drive thru.

Kinda doing me a favor I guess. Isn’t like I needed the late night calories.

It seems McDonald's has found the best policy for hiring great employees. THEY PAY THEM A LIVING WAGE! It makes for a way happier employee. Better quality!

They almost never give my sauce even if asked. They messed up my order then said it was my fault then the messed it up again because they got angry. Extremely unprofessional. Not I'm heating half the food I payed for but I'm not going through again.

This spot will get mad at you for ordering sauce at the final window but if you order the sauce at the first window they will forget to give it to you, so what's a lady to do?

They always forget my sauce! I used to ask for sauce when ordering but they pretty much 100% of the time would forget it. So I started asking at the window, which solved this problem. Well now I get told to order sauce when ordering my food, the blonde girl with the glasses was mad at me for asking for sauce at the window. This mcdonalds is really bad

It was pretty nice I mean McDonald's isn't super fancy so it was good for take out and there fries were really hot which was nice unlike some other places where there fries are like luke warm. Pretty good

I did not go to McDonald’s often, but this is a good location and I used the app to get an extra good deal. I used curb-side pick up and it was even the manager that brought it out to me.

The food's okay gets old after a while cheap soda's though. Chicken nuggets are usually warm. 3.5 stars would be my rating but ill round up.

Horrible experience, reason why I have stopped going to McDonald's for some time.
There is an advertisement on the building stating "Everyday Kids Meals hamburger $2.25 and Chicken Nuggets $3.00" we wanted to order them. We were told they did t have that special. I saw the ad on the side again as I went through the drive thru. I asked again at the window amd every employee was standing around confused amd didn't want to help us in the window due to time. We were also on a time crunch and didn't have time to "settle it inside. " Poor service McDonald's.

Quick service, automated ordering kiosks for if you want to walk into the restaurant. The food was fine however we ordered a decaf coffee and despite cream and sugar it did not taste good and it was only luke warm.

I've been coming to this McDonald's 30 years. My last 2 experiences have been unacceptable.
Ordered 4 ice cream Sundays on a drive through at 830 pm. It took 15 minutes to get them
Today, I walked in to order an iced coffee. The worker (possible female manager) directed me to the kiosk which noone had wiped off. I waited over 10 minutes only to find out they never recd order. A nice young man saw that and helped me. Customer service has gone down hill.
