Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
17Super rude ladies working the drive thru. No thank you or your welcome, and talking in another language and giggling after looking straight at me. I hate that mcdonalds more than any other just because of the Mexican women that work there.
Slow.the lady on drive thru ask is that all after everything you say.then it takes forever.like I could cook a T-bone well done the time it takes to get your order.then 9 out of 10 it's wrong, old, cold, or missing items. The manager is rude sad only thing open late in the area
Worst experience. I won't return. The sundaes were all sticky on the outside of the cup. The fries had barely any salt. Had to wait like 3 minutes in front of the speaker before they took our order. I can't believe I paid $17 for 4 sticky sundaes and two tasteless small fries.
Refuses to serve bicycles in the drive through.
This is a violation of Portland law.
For a McDonald's experience this is one of the best. I like to dine in, I'm not a fan of eating in my car if I don't have to. Always ask for the fries to be "well done". They will cook a new batch extra long to get them extra crispy.
All or almost all the staff at this location put in the effort to make food that looks good and taste good. I've had two bad experiences in drive through and I went around a second time and they made it right. Drive through is all about speed not necessarily quality. Dine in and they know they can slow down a bit or do custom things for you without holding up the drive through line and that result in better quality.
Similar to the fries if you order chicken nuggets, ask for those to be well done. They taste much better well done.
The McDonald's on 82 and Stark day shift are always rud to customers and I'm always getting the wrong order.
One of the slowest/worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to waited in line for almost 30 minutes to pick up and order so slow
My kids and I arrived at Mc. Donald's on SE 82nd by the max, around 7pmon a weekday. To our surprise THIS "FAMILY BASED" restaurant was "CLOSED" AT 7pm! At 7pm they were closed for the night? Hire some people who aren't scared of the outside world! ¡!
Nice clean friendly location. Always a good experience when stopping here for coffee or food.
I come here everyday with my boyfriend And get my coffee and his ice cream cone at all hours lol I love all the mangers and employees at this location they all go above and beyond I appreciate you guys
I never leave reviews but this McDonald's is alway great to us.
But i must say there is an employee by the name of Rachel that goes above and beyond even when there is a line at 4 am and she is obviously dead on her feet. She somehow managed to always greet us smile and a chipper hello. Even when we come in with an endlessly complicated order thanks to our 3 extremely picky 10 yr olds she manages to not only seem unbothered but she makes us feel welcome. Rachel is a gem. Ty mcdonalds for being there after a long days work when i just dont have jt in me to shop and cook. And most importantly rachel ty for everything u do. U r appreciated.
On my way to work and wanted breakfast, they served it within minutes and it was crispy, warm, and tasty
I was taking my kids out to eat, and then when I was ordering, there were some somalian teens. My kids saw a cute dog out the door, and then my youngest kid opened the door a little, and then my oldest and middle were running and screaming. The staff got a little mad because when my kids were running, they thought that the dog was coming inside. Both the middle and oldest are scared of dogs. The somalian teens jumped on the table and panicked. The staff told them to get off the table. Then I told my kids that the dog was still outside. I told my kids to say sorry. Then the owner of the dog took the dog inside. I TOLD my kids don't ever do that again. Them to not assume.
3 ketchup limit then 25 for each individual packet after. Not worth it, thanks McDonalds for helping me quit you lmao
This McDonald's now charges. 25 cents for each sauce packet that should come with your burritos or chicken nuggets. You get none for free. None extra. I got charge $1.25 to have dipping sauce for my nuggets. I have contacted corporate in Chicago to notify of this fraud.
Too many drug addicts surrounding the establishment. I went there and ordered like 50 bucks worth of food and all my hamburgers were still pink in the Middle. They obviously aren't checking the temperature on their grill regularly.
I would avoid this McDonald's as much as possible.their dine in is closed most of the time.
