Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
14We ordered door dash to deliver our dinner. When it got here, we opened the bags and all we got was our fries and drinks. We called Door Dash, and they reordered our burgers. Needless to say, they refused to replace our food. The manager said we were just out to get more food for our dollar. I asked to have the owners name and number, and the manager turned her back on me and told the staff to ignore me. I returned to speak with morning manager to get the info, and she said, " OH your the one. " NEDLESS to say I got nowhere. I work hard for my money, and I am not out to get more for my money. I just want what I paid for. Mc Donald's you got my last order.
They need a bigger parking lot. The chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice coffee is a great combination. My hamburger is the quarter ponder deluxe. Thank you. Again thank you for the first responders food during covid. It was very appreciated
Meat was cold and raw in the middle when I took it back up they were pissy about it redid it but still raw in the middle won't go back
Completely messed up simple order was rude and then broke the law and took food back over the counter demanding to see that the food was messed up while it had the wrong order on the burger anyway which is a giant health code violation but big suprise they don't care
You know your food is going to be good when the server says “be careful the fries are very hot! ” And they were. So were the nuggets and Big Mac. Everything tasted as if they prepared while we waited. We even sat for a minute which is rare at McDonald’s and I couldn’t be happier. I’d trade a longer wait every time for fresh hot food which this location delivered. McDonalds can be hit or miss but today was my lucky day because they knocked my order out of the park. The only negative was the bbq sauce which they have no control over. It tasted a little off, like more vinegar than sweet if that makes sense.
Honestly it's harder to get the employees attention than anything else and it's clear it's by design. The company clearly, (and has for quite sometime) not cared about the customer experience. Drive thru? Get parked, going inside? No one manning the counter, have an issue with your order? Assistant managers (if you could call them that) will just get intense and throw a refund at your face instead of trying to care even remotely. It's a mcdonalds. Eventually they'll raise prices to the point no one will eat here anymore.
Their computers are never online after like midnight so I put in a mobile order and drive all the way there only to hear that they aren’t getting the mobile orders.
Service was great! The food was through together and mostly on the paper wrapper. No pride in work at all. Disgusting! Fries were old.
This is a 24/7 McDonalds, hence the fries and burgers are typically fresh and hot. The downside is that the drive up line is sometimes really long cause it's off I-5 (traveler's stop).
Needed water.understand the 50 cent for a cup now but won't let me fill a 16.9 FL Oz bottle cause I can't attach anything to there equipment.uh huh.attach huh. Anyway don't go here. Been here before and they messed up all the time and such rude people. Bummer.
They did not have a nutritional fact sheet available for customers, told me they only have one on the wall for them in the back. When explaining, I need that in order to feed my diabetic child, the server just shrugged and walked away.
Got a McCrispy. First one had a bite taken out of it, and when we got the 2nd it wasn't cooked all the way through. Not a clean place, the workers had a consistent nonchalant attitude.
I understand that people who are working late may have a difficult job, but my standard for food safety and guidelines does not change regardless of what hour it is. I found a hair inside my burger, which definitely doesn't meet food safety and guidelines.
This location is awful and has terrible customer service. We did a mobile order for breakfast for pickup, and when I got there, the food wasnt even close to ready and nobody tried would talk to me despite standing really close to the pickup counter. Eventually, I was barely able to get someone’s attention, and when I showed them my mobile order, they said they didn’t have it despite the location being correct and the order time being well before they stop doing breakfast. They told me they wouldn’t make the food even though it was less then ten minutes after 10: 30. Awful service, awful experience in general. If this wasn’t the closest location to me I would never come here again. Don’t go here. Their service is garbage
