McDonald's, Bend OR

My order is rarely correct, if they haven't forgotten the BBQ sauce, they've surely made a mistake somewhere else. It's a circus in there, what's hiding behind that half wall?

To many flys in play area please take care of it it’s hard to eat in there while my child plays

This was the worst experience I have ever had here I spent 15mins in the drive thru and they messed our order up twice. I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins no cheese and I got 1 with egg and 1 with no egg.

Reliable source for a good cup of coffee or a latte. Service is always good. And prices competitive

Children’s play area has been full of flies the last 4 times I have tried to take my kids there. They don’t seem to clean too often in there either. So sad cause it’s a perfect indoor playground.

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to it is dirty and the food is not fresh munch less the wate in the drive thru line is ridiculous I can't even give this place 1 star but apparently I have to to post it

This is the dirtiest McDonalds I've been in. There was coke spilled all over the floor and while the employees were just messing around it sat there for over 40 minutes with a cone around it. The play area was filthy and there were flies everywhere. I literally threw out food away because we were covered in flies eating it. Disgusting.

What can I say other than it's McDonald's. Fries were fresh and salty and the burger was as expected. Although it seems like even McDonald's is creeping up there in price.

The Good - N/A

The Bad - Dollar menu does not exist the kid behind the giant dollar menu sign (see photo). Would not give me receipt. Food was bad, and the sanitary conditions (see photo) made me not eat my overcharged food anyway.

The Tip- Avoid this one.

Never again. Absolutely not. Went through the drive through, there were 3 people in front of me, not particularly busy. Only got a half order of fries, missing one of the chicken nuggets, no sauce was included, and the deluxe mcchicken we ordered was just a bun and chicken. No sauce, lettuce, cheese, etc. What did we even pay $16 for?

The service here sucks, mostly because the the time to get any kind of food takes like 30 min. Even now I'm waiting in drive like and Iv been in it for 15 min now. This is absurd. Management Or the higher ups need to address this.

Mickey D Prices are outrageous vs their competitors. And their focus on driving customers to use the electronic touch screen vs speaking with a person. Is a LOSING proposition

Will only buy coffee which is still good and priced fairly

Hello Taco Bell and DQ. For Fair pricing

Fresh Coke, great fries, and can't go wrong with a Big Mac and chicken nuggets. In the last couple years all the pics have gone way up so not the cheapest place to pick up a quick meal, but everyone's prices have risen. I still can't help myself #1 w/ a Coke and 10 piece nugget w/ honey. But somehow if the service is bad it makes the food taste bad. Try harder please.

This was the second time I had an extremely poor experience with this particular McDonald's. Place is fairly unclean, sticky floors. Placed my order at kiosk still took exceptionally long time to get food. Was told they were out of whip for coffee but they did not ask if we still wanted before preparing. Then gave us no straw for drink with none on counters. I felt worse for the person in front of me that was still waiting and only ordered a fry. Everyone in the drive thru was still in same position when I left.
