A quarter per sauce, none free, even on a $30 order? Get bent, won’t be coming back again.

Food was out quick and the service was friendly. It's a sketchy part of town so the bathrooms are always locked. Ordered off the $1, $2, $3 menu.

There's not all that much to say about McDonald's that hasn't been said before. I've gone to this particular location quite a few times. Order on the app, get my food, and leave. Dining in is available as always, but it's one of my personal quick stops on the way home for the day.
The inside is clean for the most part, the staff are friendly and professional, and I've not had an incorrect order made so far. Their hazelnut coffee is a personal favorite of mine.

I like the food at McDonald's. But what I miss the most is going and seeing the hambergler that was back in 1987 Stockton California the good old days

I would give 5 negative stars if it were possible. They can't really call it fast food any more when you wait 30 minutes after going through the drive through. Then when they brought my order out, it was wrong. Had to go back in wait in line to tell them they made my food wrong. It's really frustrating knowing they are making more than double what I made working in fast food 20 years ago and have less than half the skill to make a hamburger. They used to time the drive through know they ask you to pull into a separate spot to wait so they can take up to 30 minutes to make your food and still have it be made wrong.

It was lunch time, but when I pulled through the drive through, there was 2 other car.
I ordered and paid and was asked to park and the food would be brought out. I sat and waited and it was at least 10 minutes. The associate brought several orders out, but only 1/2 of my order. She went back in to retrieve rest. Not the best McD experience

Gonna stop going here now the homeless is always begging for food or money outside and now they are inside begging people for food and money will go to a different fast food restaurant now on

Employee stole my new iPhone that I left in the restroom for 3 min, then lied and blamed another customer.police had to get involved but they got my phone back from the employee

Seemed extremely understaffed. One drive thru lane closed. Frustrated customers who were waiting for 20 mins for drive thru order.

Rarely eat fast food myself but had to provide food for 12 on super short notice for a work function. Didn't call ahead, just gave myself plenty of time expecting to to have to wait. Placed my order at the counter and before I could get the receipt entered into my expense account the food was there. Guy who took my order was awesome.

Morning drive through service on Sunday 6/18/23 at this location is horrible. I was asked to wait in designated parking space while my order was filled, no problem. After waiting for 15 minutes, with no one in drive thru or lobby, I had to go inside to ask where my meal was. It was sitting on a counter by the drive thru window. Service provided by multiple high school/college age employees was rude, or they just didn’t say anything at all, unresponsive to questions or comments. They didn’t even return my receipt when I went to check on order. She just brought my order in and tossed the bag on the counter, said nothing and walked away.
I’m kinda tired of the attitude of young employees at places like this. They seem to believe the world owes them something for the nothing they provide.
See how far that attitude gets you once you grow up and face the real world.
I’m done with this McDonald’s because this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of customer service. If the owner is reading this, you need to be more involved in your business and how your customers are being treated. It’s beginning to cost you money.

There was a eary vibe with the no loitering and no plugs no open bathroom without staff key and customer was terrible. However there was one girl that did it for the rest.she was polite and professional. And was hands down the worker of that place. You know who you are and you deserving of big tip next time

They will make you wait for 10mins in the drive thru stalls even if there’s no one else in the drive through. This has happened everytime like the last 7 times now

This happens all the time At this location. Drive through order says no drinks and they are out. First window i hand her my card and she gives me a total of 9.55. Knowing my order is over 15 I said that it should be around 15 or more not 9. They fix it and I move along to next window where they proceed to hand me the wrong food and guess what.a drink. Im like yeah that's not mine.
Looks like we're going to waisting the whole hour driving across town and back for food.

Their food is good, but they definitely mess up my orders a lot! But I still come back because the food is good, cheap, fast, convenient.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Horrible staff, fries are always shorted, chicken nuggets and fries are always old and stale, and there's always some kind of an issue every time that we go there, whether it be with the food, or with the staff one. Won't ever be back to this McDonald's.

Had a chocolate milkshake that was mediocre, my friend had a sweet tea she said tasted terrible. I haven't been to a McDonald's for some time but I seem to remember enjoying it more then could just be my imagination but it really didn't seem as good as they used to be.

It is ridiculous the pulled 5 cars to the parking spaces to walk out to give them their food so their "window time" isn't bad. You order in turn you should be served in turn at the window.

I keep giving this location on 6th avenue chances, over and over. I have to stop going there. They're slow, they're rude, and they've given me somebody else's food twice now. I don't have time to check the whole order before I have to be at work, and I shouldn't have to. They should get it right and not expect people to check their order before they leave the drive-thru window. I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, and I get to work and I open up my sandwich and it's one of those disgusting pancake sandwiches. That's got to be the last straw. I cannot eat this. And it's so infuriating that I paid so much for something that is disgusting and they couldn't be bothered to give me the food that I ordered.
