McDonald's, Salem OR

The food was served cold yes cold french fries also the tables were dirty the floor was dirty and had garbage and food on it and multiple places. The order also was missing some of the food bad experience total waste of $40

This is the worse McDonald’s I use my mobile app everytime I come here and always get stuck in the longest line that doesn’t move. I recently came here and did a mobile order waited line never moved so I left I call location to refund my order manager was rude and said she couldn’t so I drove fifteen out of my way to get my food after I was not able to pick up due to such a long wait. When I came back employees were rude manager reached out to me email saying she would send a free meal by mail for my inconvenience she never did. I love McDonald’s but this is not the place to go.

Outrageously slow and have gotten my order wrong 2 out of 3 tries. Waited in drive-through for 15 minutes only to be told to pull into a waiting spot for mcdouble and fries. Then they delivered fries only. That was only one of the visits, incredibly incompetent restaurant, needs new management asap.

Nothing like politely standing at the counter for 10 minutes while newbies walk by me to take food outside, don't bother telling anybody that I'm waiting to order. The manager on duty is severely lacking in management skills. Avoid going inside if you assume it'll save you any time.

If you like McDonald's this is the place for you. If you like ice cream then this is not the place for you because the machine is most definitely going to be broken. But that's the same for all McDonald's isn't it.

Nothing special about this one just more fast food, yum.

Maybe 1 out of every 10 orders I have placed at the S Salem McDonald's off Commercial has ever been correct.

McDonald's is always good comfort food. It's too bad they ended the Dollar menu.

Its McDonald's it was decent, I needed soft food after dental work and their cheeseburgers are easy to gum down.

Every single time we've been to this location to try and get the grimace shake either their machine was not working (classic mcdonalds) or the product was apparently out of stock due to popularity. The employees were rude about it every single time as well.

I'm not going to read McDonald's ever higher than two stars because they never get your food right it's always just McDonald's and nine times out of 10 they lie about the ice cream machine

Paid for upgrade on meal only to get small drinks and small fries. When asked if it was correct was told yes. Funny had just got a medium drink a few days ago at an other location and the size was way different then what I received last night.

These are some of the rudest people you will ever encounter in the service industry. First the drop out that took my order handed me a wad of change because she lacked the intelligence to count it back to me. Not the end of the world, pretty common at this location. Then they gave my order to someone else while I stood there for 20 minutes waiting. I finally said something and the manager, Cruella DeVille, came out from the back wanting to know what I was missing! Everything! I hope you stub your toe!

10: 37pm June 8th. So i have been sitting here for the last 37 minutes or more waiting in the lobby for my ubereats delivery to prepared. Manager spoke to me on the phone prior to opting to come inside rather than wait in drivethru, and totally took advantage of the situation in a negative way. Yes i understand you’re busy, yes i understand there is a short staff tonight, but for you to intentionally dodge preparing my order and make ANOTHER uber/doordash order that came much later than me and prepare theirs first is ridiculous. I’m not naive, i know my customers order had ice cream and you guys didn’t want to make it because it’s late and busy. That is the most unprofessional experience EVER and that’s saying something because I’m well aware of the shenanigans that the commercial/kuebler branch is capable of. I’d like to say thanks for offering me a drink cup for the “short wait” but I’m very displeased with the backhanded offer when you knew you weren’t going to prioritize my order being made. I SHOULD have went thru the drive thru (business note on Uber driver app states you must come to lobby for pick up if lobby is open so didn’t wanna argue after waiting forever in drive thru and had already called the store thinking I’d be taken care of considering this is my JOB not a customer off the clock leisurely eating out on my own time) and sat there in the drive thru line, then at least they would be forced to make the order. If you do delivery service do NOT take this mistreatment and be passive, these establishments need to be held accountable. Again, i wanna make it clear i understand s$&@ hits the fan sometimes when it’s not a good day, but to finesse delivery drivers to make your life easier so you don’t have to do your job correctly and not have to take adversity in strides, is unacceptable. Reprehensible.

The workers were kind, even though they were suuuuuper busy. And the food was hot and frsh when we got it! The look of the inside is very.unwelcoming. It's cute but seems so impersonal and cold.
