McDonald's, Portland OR

Service here is horrendous for walk in. No acknowledgement whatsoever. They glance at you and then you can wait up to 10m before anyone will say a word to you unless you speak up.

They did give the under age 3 toy instead of the Pokémon one and didn't tell us first. My kid was not happy.

Fries were perfectly salted. Fish filet & double cheeseburgers were fresh and assembled precisely. I was a lil worried from the reviews. We were on road trip from Washington and hungry! Thank you

The service and quality at this McDonald's improved dramatically. It's now reliable good.

Is what it is. They no longer tell you your total or display it on the board when you order.

I don't go to McDonald's for a wide variety of reasons but I went to one in St John's out of necessity. The manager is rude and uses a condescending tone for literally no reason. Asked them a question and felt like they were taking out their shty say or life on me. Will not return regardless of necessity because she was rude.

Ma'am this is NOT FRESH. Awful service too. And miss Carina said there was nothing they were willing to do. Won't be ordering again.

I'm a doordash driver I have been picking up free food from this Mcdonald due to the fact that the management team is very unprofessional they're giving me order for pick up but I can confirm it with out the code on the receipt since I can't confirm it technically I never pick it up but I have the order and I can't deliver it with out confirming it. SO TO ALL DASHER OUT THERE GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S FOR SOMW FREE FOOD

Super helpful staff, and customer service here is phenomenal. Food came out quick, and correct. Atmosphere is awesome as well. It has great lobby, cleaned to the nines, and pristine bathrooms. Kudos to this McDonald's for an A+ in all fields.

Can't understand the person on the speaker and never gets orders right and fries are always cold

It's next to a high school so lunch and after 3: 30 pm are slammed during the regular school year.

I have to say this is a shock to me cause this location has normally been on point so it's sad that my 30$ order tast like trash smh what a waste

Messed up my order asked for sprite not coke and also I asked for sauce for the nuggets and I didn’t get any

Lady had me pull in the parking lot for 2 hash browns, 15 minutes later they come out. They were not busy at all just very unorganized and unprofessional.

The food was soooooo dry. Got the chicken pack. The nuggets were dry. The sandwiches were dry. The sauce was 3 individual packs for four sandwiches, four fries and 20 nuggets. For sure don’t recommend.

I knew it was a red flag coming in and using the bathroom that had a soaked floor around the toilet and toilet paper everywhere along with a broken soap dispenser where you have to manually move the dispenser up and down so it will pump soap. Ordered two items: fries and a flurry-figured that wouldn’t be too hard right? Apparently not. Paid for extra items in the McFlurry which I didn’t get and when I came back inside for my receipt they were laughing about “the ice cream lady came back”. Yes it was only a few dollar order but that’s not the point. It’s not hard to have good service. Get a job that doesn’t involve service or people if you aren’t going to act appropriately!
