Slowest crew ever at preparing and serving one large french fry at 10: 30p.m. If they had to make a fresh batch they didn't inform me and after about ten minutes sitting there waiting an employee came to the window and asked what we wanted? Then there's this employee who works there named ACE is amazing polite makes sure to acknowledge customers and us always informative and has a very positive attitude! Give the kid a promotion or raise or some kinda recognition at least!

Ordered with the app only minutes away, arrived in the drive thru 3 minutes later and got our order promptly. Great service and fast!

Majority of the time, this place is packed. Especially for lunch and / or Breakfast, the line can go all the way to one of the main doors
' which makes it difficult to even get your foot in the door! '
As well as, I do have to give credit to the manager as well as most of the crew members who actually DO ENJOY their job. They do try their hardest to make sure we ' the customers ' are taken care of as much as possible! ️

Love McDonald's I go in every time I'm in Hollywood. Just went in first time since the new remodel hate the interior two registers huge long line and they didn't even open the second register the place is dark enclosed and it looks like it's still under construction and I'm a former interior designer I will never ever set foot in this location again

Late night service and quality of products are questionable especially since they are the only source of fast food provider available to the area.

Needs the attention of upper management.

Very slow store, as in: it's not busy. The Mafia team is hard to work with. They play games with pay checks, apparently. Bad management, low sales. I hope the remodel was worth it.

Stay Away! No heating so bring your coat just like the other customers do.no soda nor coffee available at all, so BYO! Waited for ten minutes for chicken sandwich.i spoke to mngr and with a militant attitude stated "thats the usual wait time"? Kitchen and counter staff ran around in confusion and seemed totally overwhelmed.understaffed.then get on a line to request a straw, ketchup, etc.and finally with no food in hand, we walked out.talk about abysmal management.the worst.will now go to Burgerville on the corner, wonderful!

Reliable, fast, and friendly. Not too shabby looking either considering their recent remodel, this place is just great!

I can go in and order a McDank and they will bring me a McDouble and a McChicken - that's what I usually get besides a fillet o fish every blue moon so I'm satisfied

It was so nice McDonald's I think I've ever been in. Only problem was you have to go to the counter to ask for napkins.

I work for Uber. This is a great place, and eat at any time of the day and go to the ladies' room.

Sure the prices are cheap, but so is the food. It is unhealthy which is normal for a fast food restaurant, but the food tastes bad too. Some of the meat is frozen, and the rest isn't even real meat. I wouldnt go here.

I offered 6$ and the milk shakes were 6.60$ and they wouldn’t take my 6$ this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to

Normal McDonald's. If you go later in the night be prepared to wait over 30 no s in drive thru.

6/26/18 The guy taking the order was nice and friendly but when I got to the pick up window.the woman just tossed my bag of food at me and ignored my "thank you. " She also seemed annoyed that she had to wait a second so I could put my bag down and have a free hand to take my drink from her. It was busy but there's never a reason to treat your customers like they are a bother to you.

We had to rate this higher than we normally would since the staff was doing such a great job on a very busy parade day! Besides, is there anything better than fresh McDonald's fries?

The milkshake machine is constantly broken or down for cleaning. But when it works, it's fantastic. They constantly get orders wrong, and I always have to call and get a credit on my account for the next time I visit. Other than that, it's McDonald's, you can't to high if expectations.

McDonald's no longer wants my business they only want me to eat there if I am willing to put my credit card on their application and only order by phone I want to talk to a real person and go to a counter so I have taken the application off my phone and I will no longer patronize their stores

One of the dirtiest places I have ever come across when I visited this place. The whole place looked like trash. The whole place was filled with litter on the floor

I believe in not allowing myself to really not hate anything and not let other issues that are out of my control effect me but they are uncouth unsanitary and they lie on purpose to avoid the issue and not solve it
