McDonald's, Salem OR

Tired so im going to say is it was the only place open and even though you expect bad stuff from McDonald's because of rumors and things people have said it was actually a great experience and great food. The guy working the window was super nice, dancing around and just loving life and gave me some great advice. Overall just a great experience

My husband and I stopped to grab a quick bite to eat, he walks in looks at the menu asked to use the restroom and was rudely, and condescendly told no that he needed to be a paid customer! Well he was going to be paid customer until that happened. Felt very disrespected.

Always too busy. Go elsewhere if you aren't trying to wait 20 minutes for McDonald's. Not worth it at all.

Its really hard to say just because I have gotten my food both good fresh hot food but I have also got my food kinda cold and rubbery like it was just warmed up im the microwave

What can I say its McDonald's they don't need my help. Its good in a sick way food that I eat when I lose all good judgement.

100% only get quarter pounders or double qp's they cook them fresh to order and use 100% real beef (tested and proven real beef)

To be honest this place had great service and all but the bathrooms were dirty and the tables were as well.

Poor customer service, the place is ALWAYS a mess, I have been here on multiple occasions, when not busy, and food is all over the floor, tables dirty, just flat out gross

Went through drive thru 1: 45 placed order. They were out of Oreos for milkshake. Placed order and didn't get a receipt. Charged. 10 for sauce I didn't receive. For got a complete meal. Went back in and had to wait. Received meal missed. Still didn't get a receipt. I am not a fan of this kiosk ordering system.

Mobile order allowed one of my items a mcafé drink to be ordered. I show up wait 10 mins then and im told my drink wouldnt be done untill 18 mins later because the espresso machine was turing on. Thats pretty rediculous.

Good food it sucked that the ice cream machine was down but the workers were awesome at fixing my order and giving me something else I’d rate it 8/10

Don't order a breakfast sandwich and expect to get it in less than 10 minutes. Ever. It happens to me every time. I order one sandwich and it takes 10-15 minutes.

They were slow! Messed up my drink order and I had to return to get it fixed. I waited 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me at the speaker. Then had to wait again, and then I was not even told sorry. Nor was I compensated with anything for the trouble!
Awful customer service!

DISGUSTING STORE! If I could give it negative stars I would. Not a single table is clean. The floors, tables and chairs are nasty. Play structure looks to never been cleaned inside. Black with dirt. Smells. Bathrooms? Do NOT use them! Blood on the floor! Along with trash. Pee and poop on the toilets, floor, and walls. Just do not eat here! We never will! There is no excuse plenty of employees and hardly any customers. CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT! Its embarrassing and gross!

People who ordered after me got there food long before I did and I ordered the same stuff as they did. Poor customer service.

They forgot a burger from my order and when I called to tell them, their phone just rings. Nobody answers. I'll go somewhere else next time since they stole my money.

Gross.tables wernt clean. Floor was covered in debris. Definitely won't be taking my son back there!

That's only because the fries were good. There's garbage all around the parking lot. The cheese on the fish sandwich was stuck half on the bun.

What is it that during the graveyard shift the service is still slow two cars in front of me 15 minutes for me to get to the menu to where I left with only two cars ahead of me and even when you complain about the speed of the service they don't listen it just sucks that I always remember that there's like a Jack In The Box to go to cuz they're also open 24/7 not to mention their food is better
