McDonald's, Portland OR

Stopped in to pick up a quick snack this afternoon, thank you Blazers for doing your job we seriously love the nuggets! Service was good food was hot and came out quick.

This McDonald's on mlk Blvd was very rude, first refusing my coupon for a buy one get one quarter pounder w cheese, then tearing off the survey on the receipt thankfully this one is located in Portland and not Salem, next time grab lunch before going to a Portland McDonald's

The service sucks we don't even get all of our food and it's super greasy and cold! I do not suggest coming here AT ALL

Just like every McDonald's, service is quick. Prices are cheap and they have a nice rewards program.

The service here was poor. I asked about a discount and the server said, "I don't know. " She got the manager after I asked her to get the manager. The manager said, "I don't know how to apply the discount. " After I agreed to pay the full price, they did not give us our correct order.

So I ordered a Carmel frappe and they legit put like 2 spects of whip cream so i went up to the cashier and I asked for more whip cream and the cashier has the nerve to say "NO it's already made" raising her voice nd told me to "get out"

Employee's were very rude. Upon entering from a day of grocery shopping with bags I was waiting while my gf and son went to order an employee tried kicking me out because I wasn't up there ordering. I will be reporting this location to corporate for their treatment of customers. I believe Starbucks just got massively sued for something similar to this. -5 stars

Fast and convienent, yet very unhealthy too.cheaper food thrown together piece-by-piece for by procesed foods The Service is left to be wanting.

This location always seems to have problems at night. 90 percent of the time I go after 10pm they are either only accepting cash, and then the clerk gives incorrect change and no receipt. Or they only sell chicken products. It really seems like there is no one in charge overnight and the employees can just do whatever they feel like doing.

All the workers were very polite there I got my food in a timely manner it was tasty even though they were busy thank you so much

Turned away people unless they had cash this day and during the 2 for $5. Sandwiches ok, fries good. Always wish my expensive fillet o' fish was made fresh. Lame

The staff was really rude and seemes to hate their job. They seemed annoyed to have to take your order and the food was barley passable. Cold, raw and gross. The bathroom was disgusting and the place is full of homeless. A homeless man was shooting up in the bathroom the entire time. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

So this place seems to have new management because the staff are very nice now and the food is much better! GOOD JOB MCD'S KEEP IT UP!

Very unorganized. Closed both registers at noon to redo the money. Left 6 people waiting to order. Then the French fries were barely warm and still white looking, barely cooked. Nobody cares is the problem. You advertise golden Fry's, not white still half frozen ones.

Got free 6 piece nuggets bc our Portland trailblazers got over 100 points in thier last game. Usually love the things but this time grease made me sick

Horrible! Heroin addicts nodding in the dining area, employees yelling and being very rude to customers! Staff was confused and accusing customers of ordering food and leaving when the customer was still standing there! This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen! I've lived in Portland for 45 years and this used to be one of the best McDonald's to come to, it has changed a lot! I would not recommend bringing your children here!

Normally I'm pretty light on McDonald's because it's McDonald's, but I'm pretty sure I've only had less than a handful of correct orders from this one. Fries are never fresh and usually redropped before handed out. Stale buns and timed out Patty's. But on a lighter note their shake machine is usually good to go

I have come to this McDonalds for a year now, just had to do a review. I usually sit in the drive thru for atleast 15 to 20 minutes, just to get a wrong order. Now I dont even go back in the store to correct my order, it takes too long! The employees, are fairly nice, but for the most part rude. I do not recommend coming to this location, especially if you're in a hurry.

Waited 25mins in the drive thru for a Big Mac. McDonald is supposed to be a fast food. This was slower than a regular restaurant. Service miserable.

Decently quick service at the register, though wait times can be 5-10 minutes to get food (dine in) their ice cream machine was working when I was there. Fries were warm, but not fresh hot.

Don’t bother coming in and trying to talk to the cashiers. They’re easily confused, disorganized, and won’t even look at you to help you for 10 minutes. AND if they need a manager for help they’re no where to be see. If you come here mobile order, ignore the pan handlers they won’t kick out, and pray to god they don’t mess up your order.
