Had an ultrasound done, turns out the tech was out of network so I footed most of the bill. But there's no auto pay option on MyChart, fine I'll call. I get on hold with customer service, someone picks up, and I hear nothing. This has been happening since June this year, and I just received a final notice today. I really don't want to drive 40 minutes with a baby to try to get some underpaid staff to take care of this, but I guess that's the stellar quality I've come to expect from MCMC, which is why I've switched doctors.
