Environment is amazing, so cozy. Food was good, not exceptional, but the mocktails were super delicious

I wish the drinks would come faster. -That could be said of everywhere though. Neta location, with multiple buildings onsite. Plenty of parking.

We love McMenamins. Imbrie Hall is no exception. Great food. Great staff that provides great service. I had the Hawaii 5-0 pressed sandwich and my friend had the fish and chips. Both were excellent. Any McMenamins is worth the stop when traveling through the Portland area. Each has it's own fun and historic atmosphere.

The atmosphere and food are excellent. Unfortunately, it always seems to be understaffed. However, still one of my favorite restaurants. I just plan for extra time.

It was so delicious I recommend this place! They are quite busy so you may have to wait quite a while for your order. But it's worth it! They have their own craft beer which is very tasty.

Sat outside and the service and food was great. Had the club sandwich with tots and order of sliders. Would recommend!

You're definitely paying for atmosphere. It's pretty, the lighting and what not, just isn't fooling me with buying this tiny burger for $20.
The beer is good, the food is expensive.
Bottom line is:
If you go here, you already know you could've spent half as much for better tasting food elsewhere.

Dear McMenamins, I love your aesthetic but you guys need to work on the food. Every location serves the same dishes and they seem to all have the same seasoning. More variety would be nice.

Some of the menu items (burgers) have had an 18% increase in price compared to last year. It's ridiculous and unreasonable how much McMenamins is charging for food/drinks. It was expensive before and now it's unreasonably expensive. It's expensive simply for greed.

After years of coming to Imbrie Hall, we were saddened by several truly awful experiences last summer. We decided to try it again while in town this summer and had a pretty good night. The food always takes a long time but the server came around a couple of times and our food order was actually correct.

Highly disappointed in the food & price I spent for the food. I spent $65 on this order & the food was not worth the price. The taste & quality of this food were of a low-end restaurant, not what you would expect from a McMenamins, especially the Roadhouse McMenamins. Will not be going back there again.

Work lunch was perfect under the trees on the patio area. Pizza was small especially for the price but was delicious.

Never saw a place with so many empty tables and still the longest waiting time to seat. We were refused to seat next to the window next to another full table because “that table is not under the scope of the people serving inside because is near the window”. First time I went had to wait more than 15 minutes to seat on a table outside that was already empty and cleaned since we arrived. Specially for weekly lunches where people go with a limited time for work, really not recommend.
The food was very good so can’t really complain about that. Is unfortunate the service doesn’t follow.

The last few times I've been here the wait has been 30-45 minutes despite there being many tables open. To me, this points to understaffing and poor management. It's a shame because the atmosphere and food/drinks could make this a prime weekend eatery.
