Checked this place out from a friends suggestion. Will keep them in mind if needed in the future.

Sadly safe food handling practices are not being maintained. Bags smell like they have been sitting in an old severely moldy freezer for long periods of time. Yes meals are date stamped. But I question the dates honestly or like I stated the handling and packaging of the meals. Look at the photos I posted. That looks as if it's been in a freezer for months not weeks. You tell me. But I won't risk my children's health. There have been deaths by food poisoning linked to this organization. Just Google it. Blessed Be!

This place does good work and can use volunteers whether from home to make calls or in person washing bags, packing meals, or making deliveries. Check out their website.

MOW does great work in the community.
My sons eagle project was to donate emergency preparedness supply kits to MOW.

The staff and volunteers there are excellent & really do the best they can to help people in a potentially very vulnerable period in their lives. Their good work continues w/ home contactless delivery and calls to seniors to check in on them.

What a great organization. Feeding the homebound. I stopped by to volunteer. It takes five hundred volunteers per day to get those meals out. Do your best to volunteer or donate to this organization. You never know, it might be you that needs it one day.
