Mel and his wife did very good job at cleaning my carpet. They were fast and the carpet was almost dried when they were done. Very good customer service. A highly recommended cleaning services.

Mel responded to my initial inquiry quickly and had me scheduled in no time. He showed up on time and worked hard on my wool rugs and some upholstery. All looked much better after he cleaned them. He understands quality materials and how you need to treat them in order to not have colors run or fade. Also, does a pet treatment which is important for pet friendly homes!

I called Mel after another company came and cleaned the carpets but they did not seem clean. Mel was able to get me in quickly and the carpets looks amazing! Almost like new after Mel and his team were done! We have dogs, cats and kids so the carpet has seen it all and there were stains and odors after the last company supposedly cleaned them. I only wish I would have used Mel to begin with! Mel was was on time, professional, and communicated the cost and my options! I highly recommend him and wouldn’t use any other company!

Terrific customer service- friendly, communicative, timely, and very professional. Mel, sent a text ahead when he and his team were on their way. Upon arrival (in a spotless van) Mel evaluated the space, while his crew prepped the machinery.
Once he evaluated what was needed they got right to business. The whole team works together efficiently and effectively.
Mel uses a new Everest 870 machine, whose powerful 4 cylinder motor pulls moisture out of carpet as they go, leaving behind thoroughly cleaned carpet.
My carpet looks and feels incredible, soft and spot free!

Mel was very professional. Sweet funny guy. Great sense of humor. Communicated very well. Kept us posted by text for his arrival time. Our carpets had some heavy soiled areas and dog urine which we had no idea our dog was peeing in these areas. He has a special light that shows where pets urinate. The carpets turned out great and the house smells so fresh. The carpets dried very fast. He has a vacuum with super suction that gets a good portion of the water out. I highly recommend Mel and am planning on using him again in the future.
