To say we were shocked to find out that one disgruntled Dustin Sparks had not so kind reviews of Melinda Abresch is an understatement. Melinda represented us in our real estate purchasing process and acted in an honest and professional manner as one would hope that all agents would do. The seller and his agent either because of stupidity or profiteering misrepresented the listing by not disclosing known facts in the disclosure statement which is a legal and binding statement signed by seller as required by the state of Oregon. Without going into the falsely stated answered questions on the statement, if that wasn't enough the listing description made many false statements that were intended to deceive a prospective buyer in believing they were receiving more value for their dollar. The house I was told by neighbors had suffered a violent marital past by the sellers, and much of this was self-evident upon inspecting house which we accepted but the hidden claims were not noticeable until close of escrow due to the seller's disregard of allowing our agent or ourselves from properly inspecting home without owners being present and or their dogs being in or on property while trying to view home. This is a short explanation of the facts, but Melinda Abresch because of her honesty and professionalism is a Becon of light that I hope all real estate agents will emulate in carrying out their duties. Years ago, Melinda was our agent in selling a home and because of her professionalism and honesty we sought her out to purchase another home in Albany. Let me end in saying that having been in business for many years, knowing that some people can be malicious in their comments in order to cover up their own shortcomings, we know the untruths in his bashing of Melinda, and we are proud and honored to have her as our agent. THANK YOU MELINDA.

Rude! Only word to describe this horrendous real estate agent. Showed up at our home five hours before her clients took possession if the house and started an argument with whoever she could find. Horrible at any form of communication. Would give her 0 stars if possible.

Melinda helped us buy our dream property which was 10 acres of bare land.a little trickier than buying land with a house. And we live out of state. Her experience, professionalism, communication and honesty put us at ease through the process. Throughout, we felt like we were being guided by a friend as she went above and beyond and even thought of things we had not. We would 100% recommend Melinda to friends and family and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again!

Melinda helped us sell our family home. She was understanding of the emotional part of selling our home and the many different dynamics involved. She guided us through, gave us options, and made the process a little easier knowing we had someone in our corner.
