Men's Wearhouse, Eugene OR

I've been to multiple Men's Wearhouse locations and this one is by far the best! Super fast staff helped us get a rental the week of the event and answered all of our questions. Would recommend

I went in yesterday fully expecting to buy a suit for a wedding, but had to leave since no employee was wearing a mask. Not a great look during a surge in the pandemic.

It was quick and easy to get fitted for and rent the suit for my friend's wedding. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly

Came here while shopping for a Suit for my wedding with my Fiance, Mother, and Grandmother. We were greeted by a younger gal who seemed newer and kind of showed the jackets that were available in my size, there wasn't alot to choose from and I was underwhelmed. We were about to walk out when another gentleman who works here, Conan was extremely knowledgeable and offered to tailor a custom suit. Great service and succinct process. Very pleased and excited to see how everything turns out.

Called in looking for a specific size and width shoe that Men's Warehouse website says are available for shipping. I was hoping to check and see if they were in store or if there was another store nearby that had them. Person who answered told me to go to Macy's or Shoe Rack. I asked if he could help check if other stores had them and he said no. Never even asked which shoe I was looing for Lol

It was a great experience. The wife and i was surprised how fast it went. I will go if the time comes up. I will pass it on.

This is the worst place. I would equate it to hell on earth. Absolutely do not do business with these people if you don’t have to. They are incompetent morons.

Absolutely the worst company ever.have our daughters wedding tomorrow and we still don't have the suits.which we're paid in full. The ppl that work at this place in Eugene have no customer service they are rude if you need a suit and needed it on time might want to look else where.we ordered the suit a month in advance and they still can't get it right.

Went here to get a suit for my boyfriend’s college graduation. Mark helped us and got us exactly what we wanted quickly and efficiently, helped us match a shirt and tie, and cracked a few good jokes along the way. If you want a suit, go see Mark!

We needed a suit for a wedding. We were helped immediately, fitted for a suit. Suit alterations needed to be done and we were able to pick up 4 days later. Boyfriend was handsome in his suit.

Mark is extraordinarily helpful and goes above and beyond to really make sure that you are happy with your experience. He was able to procure a specific tuxedo on the day of the wedding for me, which I am so grateful for because it really made the day great.

With COVID-19 shutting everything down caused a issue getting my suit that I had already paid for. I was promised a phone call when things opened back up but it never came. So I had to charge it back. Come to find out the sale person made a human error and flipped two of the numbers so the number was correct. But yet still made this a great experience by having me buy it again (Had gotten my money back the first time) and this time on the sale they where having and got a huge discount! Even with a virus outbreak and a human mess up they still know how to do right by there customers. Thank you!

I went in two weeks to rent a suit for my sons first communuion. The lady that measured him was very helpful. However the day before my sons first holy communion, I called to see were my sons suit was? The warehouse never had my address, and did not send my sons suit one day before his communion. In addition, this place did not even accomandate me with a different suit that they have in Eugene. Total disaster of a store " Mens Warehouse. "

Compliments to Mark for opening the doors at noon with 5 families waiting for his help. He rose to occasion and had everyone helped quickly! He was patient amazingly helpful for the number of things being asked of him!

TERRIBLE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SHUT OFF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE SO YOU CAN'T EVEN GET AHOLD OF ANYONE
