Men's Wearhouse, Medford OR

I arrived at Men's Wearhouse needing a sport coat, slacks, dress shirt, and shoes for a meeting the next day. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Tiffany. I explained what I needed to her and she got right to work measuring me and gathering the clothing I needed. Tiffany did a GREAT job and had me out of there in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend her and Men's Wearhouse.

Waited foe 10 minutes, no acknowledgement from staff, and foe sales people in a suit shop, staff wore jeans, sweat shirts, baseball caps, poor image for a suit shop.

I had a great time here. The staff is super helpful and prompt. I had my 2 year old with me and they made us both feel welcome and appreciated. Camden was great.

Love it! And Lloyd knew exactly what would match and what I would need to finish my wardrobe.

After 15 minutes and no employee bothered to even say boo, I left. I was trying to buy a dinner jacket.

I only wish I'd gotten my salesman's name.
He was a great help choosing a couple new outfits for some upcoming job interviews. I'll be back for a full wardrobe if I get the job!

We came in There trying to get some clothes and after trying on some outfits they made fun of my husband and brought in another worker who also laughed at him for the way he looked in the outfit horrible experience.

I came in needing to walk out with a jacket today, and a tight budget. Loyd was on it. He knew the inventory like the back of his hand, and new my size on the spot. Super helpful, awesome!

Loyd and Joey were so kind, I fancied a particular silk handkerchief and it had no tag and Joey was able to give it to me without charge! God bless these kind employees.

We were there for 10 minutes or so a d no one ever said hi. The associates were not very attentive or helpful. We ended up going to Macy's and got fantastic service! @

We finally got someone to help us after about 10 minutes of walking around. We told the associate we needed my boyfriend to be fitted for a dress shirt. She measured him and said, "well we don't have anything in your size, sorry". I said "you have NOTHING in his size? " she shook her head no. He's not a massive guy and shops at Men's Wearhouse in Kansas City and is fine. This store was rude and uncomfortable.

Lloyd was great in helping me pick out a suit. And a few days later when I came back Dwayne was very helpful as well.

Painless shopping for big and tall and wedding party. Thank you for carrying tall sizes and making this super easy. Great service!

This place will never get money from me again. Show up at the store 3pm on Friday 7/1/2022 with a hand written note on the door saying.

I wasn't buying a tailored suit. I just needed to buy a shirt that I would have sold to myself! No need to go back! Too many days like this and they won't need that sign anymore.

After hearing my rental I placed a month ago was lost, I was obviously not super happy. But after working with Morgan, I am unbelievably pleased. Morgan went above and beyond to not only refund the rental, but help me find a suit to look sharp in for my event. Morgan saved my prom!
