Shout out to Kyle and Elisha

During my inaugural visit to Menspire, I was treated to an outstanding haircut by Kyle. His meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions for future hair growth were truly commendable. Although there was a slight price discrepancy for a new customer haircut, I didn’t mind paying more because I was totally pleased with the results.
Kyle seem to believe in the element of surprise, as my back was turned away from the mirror throughout the entire process. While this initially made me a bit nervous, everything turned out perfectly. Perhaps it was to ensure he could focus more effectively or perhaps it was a matter of lighting in the saloon, which I found to be slightly lacking. Nonetheless, the saloon was impeccably clean, and despite the minor lighting issue, I will certainly be recommending Menspire to others.

Became a regular at this place - their atmosphere is always clean and an overall a great place to be at. Elisha always delivers and makes me regret not booking more often.

Only spot I will ever get my haircut in Portland. 100% professional and relaxing service. Rizky took care of me, and asked plenty of questions to hone in on what would work best.

Finally found a spot that consistently delivers on a perfect cut each time, don't have to fear that you will get a sloppy fade or a rushed service. Shout out Elisha, for great cuts and great conversation.

Updated Review: unfortunately I’ve had to down-grade my review. Kyle is still wildly talented as a barber, but unprofessional. I’ve had 2 cancellations out of 5 appointments, once the day of and once the night before. One of these was knowingly prior to my wedding, leaving me to scramble for another barber. I also tried to reach out via phone and text about potentially booking out the shop for my groomsmen, without any response. I generally tip my barbers 50%+ in hopes of forming a good relationship and I would expect more from the owner of the shop TBH.

One of the worst parts about moving long distances is finding a new barber. I found Menspire on Maps after moving and they have surpassed my expectations. The shop has a cool atmosphere and the stylists are talented.

Both of my kids (12,13) got haircuts here, after many times of their hair being messed up at another places. They did a great job and both my kids loved their cuts!

They killed it with our son’s fro hawk and then several days later gave my husband one of the best cuts of his life!

Our hairstylist was gentle and patient with our wiggly 5 year old and did a great job of taking feedback and making adjustments.

I can’t wait for summer to be over for our fall haircuts!

I had my first cut in over a year here. Menspire lives up to their reviews. I rarely give a 5 star review, but the results that Rizky pulled off deserves the praise. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Went in for a beard trim and shape. Elisha was very professional. Pleasant experience.music could of been just turned up a hair.

Best salon hands down. I’ve been with Kyle for five years and his work is phenomenal. They are experts in this craft and great advisors for what looks good for your facial type as well as current trends. Ben has cut my hair before as well and is fantastic. This will be the last time you’ll have to look for a hair stylist!

Since moving to Portland I’ve had a hard time finding a barber that I really like. Ben at Menspire was incredible! It’s very clear Menspire stylists cut hair very methodically, and was a total different experience than I’ve had anywhere else.

Fantastic barber! Kyle helped me figure out how to get the haircut that fit me best. I was blown away by the knowledge and skill he demonstrated. I’ve got wavy/curly hair with a bunch of tricky cowlicks and Kyle figured it out right away! Best haircut I’ve ever gotten, I’d highly recommend menspire to anyone looking for a high quality cut!
