Metro by T-Mobile, Portland OR

Horrible service I've had three phones through this Metro by T-Mobile and it still will not unlock them even though they met unlock eligibility they told me to call 611 I did that I've been on hold for 30 minutes I'm going to go somewhere else free at the Metro by T-Mobile idiots in st. John's Oregon

Highly reccomend checking them out, they always have great deals, and the customer service is a plus!

The people there are always more than willing to help with any issues and always have amazing deals.

I called and the girl who picked up did not want to say her name then when i asked why she answered with an attitude and said her name was gabby then told me im not her boss and i can't tell her how to do her job then hung up, when i called the second time to ask for a manager a guy picked up said his nane was john and gave me a fake # to call to make a complaint. When i went to the store they totally denied it and said their store manager would be back in 2 day's. This was on 5-12-20 at about 3: 10pm absolutely rude young and ignorant childish immature clowns working their. And I've been a faithful customer for 4 years and i was calling to purchase a new phone.

By far the best customer service I've gotten from any Metro store, truly appreciate all the help, and effort they put into making your experience at their store the best. Would definitely recommend stopping by and check their great promos and prices.

Previously using a phone card and was hooked up with a better phone and service I was in the store a total of 30 minutes. Was able to keep my old # and I received a credit for switching over to them.the staff was very knowegleable also very patient with annoying customers that were in there. I think it's a great alternative to Verizon and the other big companies that require a contract

This place left flyers on all the doors of privately owned units where all postings & solicitations must be approved by the board prior to posting.
