I have a son who is mentally & physically disabled, as well as homeless, that I provide a phone for through Metrco PCS. Over the last 20 months I've come into this store 5 times to deal with replacement and insurance issues. Without a doubt, I could have been met with an, "Oh no. Not her again, " attitiude as I'm totally illiterate in the world of electronics & cell phones. But, each time I had the pleasure of working with Cheyanne or Jennifer and these two women are incredible. They both deserve 5+ stars. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, respectful (one time my son came in and he was pretty unpleasant), and, each and every time, they both were willing to go the extra mile to help me. They've assisted me in how to manage my account once he was without a phone, returning phones that didn't work, how to deal with the insurance company, setting up new phones, setting up an email account for him, transferring info from old phone to new phone, advising me of a free app so I could track his whereabouts (and loading it for me), and figuring out how to supply me with covers & glass protectors they no longer had in stock. At one point Jennifer offered to help me with my cell phone which was purchased from a different carrier. This may all sound as if this is their job and they should be doing it, but I can tell you, not everyone is as knowledgeable as these ladies are, or as willing to help you. I know this from experience. The manner and attitude with which they both use to perform their job is impeccable. These two ladies are A+ employees.

Very fast and efficient. She knew her phones and tablets. Both items I brought in were new, still in the box and came out today. She knew all about them.

Great service. Fast and friendly. Love the location but GPS is wrong. It's behind Chinese Happiness next to laundry place. Not where Rite-Aid is.

Terrible services when customer asks for iPhone and they get Another then when they go to return with receipts “oh that was upgrade, you can’t return” an “upgrade” means just that, not cool! 122nd and Division who is supposed to be the main manager never calls back, could not care less we are stuck with a phone that didn’t want.

Chenne was awesome! She took the time to show us what was wrong & helped us understand how to fix our problems in the future. She was very nice & friendly. Her staff were also very helpful. If you need help with your Metro phones please see her at the Hood Center Store.

Scammed my elderly mother in law who payed her phone bill in cash and her service got shut off a week later. They said prove it where’s your receipt to a 60 year old woman. If you need to pay your bill go to a different one

One person to help 10 people in line,! WOW. We left. Maybe try later or tomorrow maybe go with different place. Your gonna loose customers this way T-MOBILE.

Never happy when I'm here. Poor customer service. Always have someone who doesn't know what that's doing. Last time I called in the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I NEEDED SOME INFORMATION ABOUT A PROBLEM THAT WE WERE HAVING. THE YOUNG LADY WAS HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. SHE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION IN PRINTED FORM AND LARGE ENOUGH PRINT SO THAT I HAD NO PROBLEM READING THE PRINTED PAGE.
WHEN I WAS DONE, SHE WE AND OPENED THE DOOR, WISHED ME A GOOD DAY AND I HER, AND I LEFT.
