5 My first time visiting this T-Mobile location and it was great. I was greeted upon entering and the gentlemen helped me right away. The staff are very laid-back quiet patient and like very understanding. This T-Mobile Store stands out because it’s small and it’s very convenient I could just come in and go It was nice experience having great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I would recommend using a different metro pcs store if you are a new customer at least.they sell you the most expensive plan no matter what you ask for. They charge you for insurance even if you don't want it.you won't no it until you go to pay your next bill.after you get your phone no matter witch store you go to check the my metro app.it will show you what your next bill will be.that way you no what they really sold you before you leave the store. I was lucky metro pcs customer service took $15 off my next bill. I only lost $5 in the end.hopefully you don't make the same mistake as me.
I have call every month! To get my Internet working. I havent been able use Internet this whole time since i paid my bill.and metro say I have 1g left. I have 2g total. Total bull! I haven't used it. I couldnt use it. Customer service sucks doesn't help. They said they give me 4G every month for inconvenience and I never got it liars! Don't get MetroPCS! This has nothing to do with this store.
