Metro by T-Mobile, Beaverton OR

I went into this store to get an upgrade on my Iphone and Sergio was great! He was very knowledgeable about all the phones and helped me to choose the phone that was best for me. I highly recommend going to this store, Sergio is the Manager and I will not go anywhere else to get my upgrades.

This had to be the best location I've been to, the customer services are off the charts, they will do anything to make sure your phone works! And it's not about the money or sales, the man that helped me went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of!

I went in yesterday and got a free galaxy and free tablet, not to mention half off screen protectors and cases. I got unlimited everything on both devices for super cheap. Not gonna lie, felt like I was robbing the store or something. But that wasn't even the highlight of the experience. The man at the counter Sergio just put a smile on my face and made my day. He was so friendly personable and had the most pride and detail in his work. I was pretty amazed actually. Thanks Sergio for making my day cuz before that it wasn't a very good one.

I was here a few days ago, porting my lines from cricket, Finn was the rep who helped me out, he was very knowledgeable with the plans and pricing, was fast with the entire process and I was out with device and lines ported over in less than 15 mins. I'd definitely recommend this location over others in the area. Thank you Finn

Came in to get a new phone and Sergio was incredible! He gave such good information, offered extra assistance, and really went above and beyond! The experience was easy and felt like we were talking to a friend.

The employees are top notch, always listening to customers and and making excellent suggestions. I love metro by T-Mobile and there network coverage.

7/5/17 I didn't get the man's name but he got me a new phone that I wanted. Transferred everything and helped me get my FB. I'm 52 so this is no easy task for me! Lol Love ya man!
Went back in yesterday to get my son a new phone. The guy is named Alfredo, he's still there and doing a great job!

Oscar is utterly awesome. He has been helping me for five years Always so helpfuland knowledgeable.

I really like MetroPCS I like to stay with this company for as long as I can. Then again I say Oscar is an absolute great worker and he is very helpful

This is the best Metro pcs store that I've been in since I arrived in OREGON. Now it's the only 1 go to!

I fortunately had the Pleasure to get Chris after my trip to the store, 4 times.
I was there everyday, 4 days in a row. I did not get anywhere till I got Chris. He was very professional & got me all set up on my I phone. I was very impressed with him & he did it. The other Two people I got, No luck. Chris spent alot of time with me & accomplished it all. He's The BEST. He hooked me up when the other's couldn't. THANKS CHRIS

Oscar was rude and disrespectful to my husband. The rep working with him backed him up stating that his racial comment was not Oscars intent and proceed to say that "we are only just here to have fun". We responded with "how is being racist fun at all? We were kicked out when asked the reps name And id number. We proceeded to call customer care.

Horrible experience with the store manager. Other employees are great, never had an issue with them but their manager ruined the whole experience.
