Conveniently located Inside Top to Bottom. As soon as you walk in the door there is a kiosk to your left. They are able to set up new services and take payments. Nice variety of phone for a small kiosk. Large parking lot with added handicap parking.
They put my money on someone else's bill. When I call and ask for help about it I got no compassion, but tons of attitude and was told I had to wait three daystell the person who actually took my payment was back into work because nobody there would help me.aaron has the worst customer service

I’m really impressed with the service Carlos provided for me multiple times now. I had bad experience at other metro stores and was about to give up on metro all together but after the care Carlos took to fix my problems with my phones that 3 other locations couldn’t/wouldn’t help with I’ve decided to stay. In fact I go out of my way to drive to top to bottom in order to pay my bill sometimes because I know Carlos will take good care of me. Thank You Carlos U Rock!
