KATIE has really poor service and she likes to charge more i walk away i dont recomend go there with her

I was trying to port my number and Katie the sales associate was trying to charge over dollars in " convenience fees " when all prices are disclosed and I definitely won't recommend getting there service, prices are already high plus such a bad attitude to get business no wonder everyone complaint about Metro with those types of employees making businesses or potential customers to go away.

I was helped extremely well by Adriana and Maria which were by far more professional then most that have helped me before ten stars for all subjects in question for service

Had issues with my phone and Yesenia help me fix it super happy with the customer service.

Switch services from us cellular to metro and Maria took care of everything she was super friendly and upfront with everything.

These girls went out of their way to make sure that not only did. I easily switch over from one service to them. But also got a free phone, and they put a case on it and A glass screen protector.
When I had a problem with my bill the month after.

Katie & Maria gave me a free tablet and updated my phone. I'm grateful for both of you and thank you for your help

Juan has helped me several times and I'm always happy to get him when I come in. He is polite and personable as well as extremely well versed on every product. I wish all your associates were like him. He never gets irritated with me, I'm not very techy. He has always taken the time to teach me what to do with my phone besides throwing it in a river. After, they got my money, service went down! Promised a call back, 15 minutes later, find out she went to lunch, thanks for the no call back! If, you call, you get most of the time a answering machine, should a agent answe, don't expect help! A newer review 1 lady is great, the other one hates her job and she shows her mean ways. I, would give you her name, however she doesn't wear a name tag. Trust me you will know stay away from this store!
