7 Sign on door says "Open at 10am weekdays". I came by Tuesday morning to buy a new phone at 10, the store was closed. I waited until 11 and a manager from Portland let me in. I decided to wait and research the phone options, and Friday (today), the store is not answering the phone and does not appear to be open, which means I will probably have to travel to a different location just to buy a phone on a service I've had for four years.
I will be changing my phone company to one I can rely on, who actually *keep a professional business schedule* if this store doesn't start living up to its own standards. You used to be good. What happened? !
This place is terrible. My son signed up and they said they were going to apply a discount. They never applied the discount and four months later he is still paying the regular bill. I would not recommend the store for anything called and spoke to a man by the name of Armando Wow what a piece of work. I explained the situation to him, and then it went silent. I then said hello several times because I didn’t hear anything…. And he replied, I am with a customer. Seriously and I’m not a customer. The jerk had no courtesy to even ask me to hold just stepped away from the phone. Ugh. Do yourself a favor and run away to a different store or completely different company.
Michelle assisted me with my billing, and she did a fantastic job because she gave a special offer that I have been wanting, an internet connection Wifi. She is very friendly and welcoming. I have never experienced an excellent customer service like this! She's awesome!
My phone esim stopped working. Called the company they said I have to come to the store to get it fixed. Got to store at 11: 30, they opened at 10. Sign on door says, on break will be back soon. Waited and waited. Tried calling they answered the phone and hung up. Knocked on door still no answer. Now it is 12: 16. It has been 46 minutes. I can see they are in the back. Just ignoring me. I think I’m going to switch phone company’s now.
Miguel was a Refreshing Customer Representative! He is amazing! Miguel is at location is 6027 Southwest 185th avenue. My phone locked up. I felt like I needed to gear up, be in the right mood to go and deal with this. As the last time I came to Metro location, I was treated so bad that I swore I would never go to that location again. But my time is short and I thought I'd give it another try. I'm so happy that I did because Miguel he totally made my day! I hope he's there the next time I need to go in there which isn't often. Goooo Miguel! Your positive attitude & smile are priceless!
Michelle was excellent and was very helpful! Great customer service! Coming back to this store from now on!
