2Had to fire Kelly today. After months of no response. After her asking me to take a plea bargain on a case with zero evidence claimed by police contained in discovery, I arrived at an appointment Ms. Fitzpatrick set at her investigators office to find neither Kelly or her investigator Skip. 10 minutes after the appointment time Kelly called me from her office (different location) and yelled at me for leaving. If you want to be coerced into an unfair plea bargain, or yelled at for asserting your right to trial, or completely ignored, call this place.
Cierra brown is sincere, honest, hard working and realistic. She's had an open mind, listened to everything that I've said and she's been not only a voice for me that the judge hears and respects but she's also been very fourth coming and had truly worked her tail off for me.
