MFCP - Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. - Parker Store

Updated to 3 stars. Use with caution. This store has gotten me parts that I needed before. They can be helpful when they know exactly what they are doing. It's those edge cases where there is incomplete info, something custom or out of ordinary, which may require looking something up. Several times I've called and was given wrong information. Caused my work truck to be down longer than expected on a recent occasion. Store clerk didn't seem to care much about such a mistake, but management appears to take it more seriously, which is appreciated.

The last time I went here was told I was wrong about a fitting and that no one makes them mind you i had ordered one through them a month before this. Might try this place out again in a couple of years we'll see

Needed a couple Orings during a rebuild on a steering box. These guys had what I needed and got me taken care of quickly. I'll be back for other needs in the future. Thanks.

These people do a very good job. They have made many custom hoses and hose apparatus for me. They get busy, so you might have to wait a bit, the end result has been worth the wait.

Grossly understaffed. Worst than the Home Depot!

This store needs to seriously evaluate its processes. They clearly don’t work.

Everytime I've gone in there travis has been the best associate but now that hes gone I'll be taking my money else where.

I'm not sure what they mainly sell but they went way above and beyond to help me find a fitting for my RV stove.

Professional atmosphere. Service was prompt! Needing a hose made to replace an older/damaged one, I was in & out in under 15min. Don't see myself going anywhere else for hydraulic hose replacement in the future. Truly an eye opening experience. This place sets the standard.
