Michael and his team are simply the best! My boyfriend and I were involved in a very serious MVA in 2021 having been hit by a drunk driver resulting in a total loss of our vehicle and multiple bodily injuries to each of us. Michael and team fought on a every level for us bringing deep knowledge and a their professional edge to our case/accident helping us to navigate all of the difficult details which had to be handled following our accident. We were able to focus on our recovery and all of the rehab necessary to heal and get well. Knowing we could count on Michael and his team was a huge relief. We felt 100% confident them and were extremely satisfied with the outcome of our case which involved in person arbitration with an insurance company. Michael was very prepared for this and prepared us well also for the arbitration. I cannot recommend Michael and his team enough to anyone who finds themselves feeling unprepared to deal with all of the challenges, insurance companies, lawyers etc, which come from and with any type of motor vehicle accident!

2 years ago I was involved in an accident while commuting home from work on my bicycle. A contractor had left a large pile of aggregate in the road blocking half the lane of travel. The pile was not marked in any way and I could not visualize it until I was right on top of it. My bicycle had 2 head and 2 tail lights as well as a helmet mounted head lamp. I hit the pile and consequently was thrown from the bicycle and landed on my head and face. I was left unconscious in the road for over 3 hours until my wife came looking for me. She found me unconscious, laying in a pool of blood and vomit with my helmet cracked from impact. I was left with a TBI, fractured hand and multiple contusions and lacerations that required immediate care. I suffered memory, speech, vision and auditory impairment that continues today. I am an avid, experienced cyclist (3000-5000 miles a year) but had no idea how to navigate the legal system or processes. Mike and his team Lahab and Natalie were absolutely amazing. From the initial consult to the final mediation and settlement, Mike's expertise on cycling and the law were invaluable. My wife and I found Mike to be extremely knowledgeable but more importantly compassionate to our situation since I was struggling both physically and mentally from my injuries. I found Mike to possess honesty, integrity and character in dealing with our case. I would without hesitation call upon Mike and his firm to represent me again if ever need be or recommend his services to anyone that was found in my unfortunate circumstance.
