Fine, as to be expected, typical, like most insurance agent men, I never hear from them and the kind woman answers the phone and does all the work. State farm itself has good affordable coverage that gets better with bundles.

I got in an accident and called my state farm agent. The receptionist said what do you expect us to do? I said help me, you are my agency. She didn't. I called Michael Berry's office and they were so helpful and kind. Went above and beyond. I switched to them and left my previous agent, Erik Fast, who is a business man and never in the office to an agent who cares about his clients

They provided much needed instructions quickly and clearly. His assistant was excellent- very pleasant and clearly provided the necessary information needed to solve a difficult problem.
