Michaels, Medford OR

I love this store. The staff is super friendly & they keep the store clean. It at least was when we went. It's a big store with great lighting. They have everything here like baking supplies, jewelery making kits, fabrics, paints, canvases & so much more. They offer great rewards too! Oh & the sales!? ! Example for you fellow painters a few times a year they have buy one get two free canvases! Plan on spending a little time to journey down every isle. You won't want to miss a thing!

Usually I get friendly staff here and they have a lot of arts and crafts stuff, from cricket materials, to acrylic paints, chocolate molds, etc. I would've given it more stars but a couple days ago I went in to get some things for my cricket machine, and I figured I'd ask for zip ties, since I needed a couple. A younger employee with 2 color hair (never got her name) was chatting with her coworkers, and I waited for a pause to ask her about the zip ties. She quickly said "no, we don't have any, you should try lowes". I looked around the store and found some (way too small for what i needed), but the issue was that she put in no effort at all to help me. A few minutes later I saw her leaving, so she was almost done with her shift and probably just wanted to get out of there, which is NOT my fault. Customer service nowadays isn't what it used to be.

This place is awesome, it is just sad that they are short staff. But everyone is very helpful.

Great place to get most anything you need for a DIY project. Friendly service though they need more cashier's (there were two) during a busy weekend before the holiday.

Didn't find the lanterns for my craft project.the ones here were too expensive to take apart! Really need a good craft store in our area

Love Michaels, they usually have pretty good coupons if you go to their website I just wish the store was a little bigger

The best craft store around. I NEVER go to that overpriced Hobby Lobby anymore. Michael's is way better!

Their sales are wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clearance is my favorite part of the store.
