This time of year the employees are not thrilled to be working so be prepared for lack of manners. I usually like shopping there.

Very crowed isles and staff were not very friendly. No greeting at the door or floor personal willing to help or check in. Store was well maintained and had everything we needed with a little bit of searching

Large variety of supplies for crafts and art. Their frame service is second to none. Constantly having sales on variety of goods.

Even on black friday Michael's moved customers thru the lines very quickly. They had people on the floor to answer questions. I was pleasantly surprised!
