4I had an overall great experience at Michael’s. Both Slavo and Van were super helpful. I ended up buying a brand new Ashley furniture 2 piece sectional for less than the showroom price. Van made some calls and was able to get it delivered to me the next day also. The process was quick and stress free (in and out in less than a hour). I definitely recommend anyone looking for quality furniture to shop here!
I have shopped here before and was pleased. Decided to return as a customer and was completely disappointed. Said my couch would be ready in 2 to 4 days. I let five BUSINESS days pass and give them a call and they say the one person in charge of online orders is on vacation. How could you not have someone to handle it while someone is out? Now I’m $1400+ In the hole and they can’t even refund me because they can’t cancel my order unless I email the person who is on vacation. I asked them to at least give me an ETA and they said they could not even do that, but would definitely not be here through the next weekend. I believe I was working with Anna and Quan. Absolutely ridiculous.
Best prices for all furniture and great customer service. Got bedroom sets and dining table and couch from here.
Purchased a Couch over a month ago and still don't have it. They said "it was a glitch in the system"
Now I am told it could be another 4 weeks. Beginning to feel like I was swindled.
