My rating: One star Customer service. One star quality of materials if willing to spend the time for the correct necessary prep work to apply.

My experience: The worst customer service i have ever had from any business in 30 years. Went in for a price quote and inspection. The woman just shakes her head was willing to spray my bed but not will to give warranty due to the condition of the truck bed. As she said most people that come in have new trucks. Well. I have a 96 Ford OBS classic that i use a truck for what it is to haul stuff. My truck bed has scratched paint and some bare spots with surface rust. Said they could give warranty if i sand blast it. I do give the man owner credit calling the same day before he was ready to do it. Gave me more discredit said the truck bed was dirty. I said i hand scrubbed it with a brush twice the day before. Also said had some type of possible canopy sealant on the bed rail. I told him i have owned the truck for 7 years and never had any kind of that on it. Also told me it was going to back his work up with the extra prep work needed on my truck. A simple wire brush on a 4-1/2" grinder would have cleaned it up but it seems like he might just be using household cleaning products. He did mention if i want just the bed sprayed again it would be a fraction of the original cost.

A year later or so it did peel up in 2 spots at the tailgate edge (first 2 pics). Last pic i threw some steel tubes in back and it gouged it.

Terrible customer service in my experience from a customer will to spend $500 dollars cash.

Note to the owner: I do still have my receipt for your service.

Edit: 2-20-2021. I did notice my review was responded to a few days after posted. Management did not comment on his prep work or lack of. Warning: They only like brand new trucks with little prep work required. If you have a all scratched up well worn bed like mine they are willing to coat it with NO warranty unless you sand blast it. My review still stands. Worst customer service i have ever incurred in my life time with discredit for a well used truck bed.

They said to arrive at 8 and I'd be the first one to get sprayed. Drove from an hour away, got there at 8 then waited 45 min for them to actually open. The guy that got there at 8: 50 was taken care of first since he drove even further I guess is what they said.

Very unprofessional, ill never know if they do a good job since I cancelled my appointment on the spot after waiting almost an hour to find out I was bumped down the wait list.

We was in Salem for Christmas and really wanted a Line X bed liner as well as a tonneau cover before we headed back to Tennessee.
They really far exceeded our expectations, super personable top notch customer service Highly Recommend

Very happy with my bed liner! Also, I felt very welcomed there waiting for my truck to get done. Could not have had a better experience all around. Easy 5 stars.

The shop does superior Coatings that last a lifetime on parts of your vehicle be at Bed Liners or undercoating exceptional coverage and wonderful people to deal with

I was really impressed with the "vibe" here. Three dogs runnin around, one greeted me all wiggles with a toy, grand childrens toys all over, and the guy was super friendly. He actually looked at my truck and told me what needed to be done before he could do the work. I liked that and the feel of the place. The other guy that sprays bedliners didnt even look at the truck and quoted me for more

Could not be happier with the bed spray done by Starbucks Midvalley. Love the fact that they took their time to do it right. Notice the attention to detail in the pictures!
Worth every penny!

Tina was very helpful when I called to set-up my appointment. She answered my questions and was quite accommodating with my need to wait on-site.

When I arrived 45 minutes early, Wade met me in the parking lot and asked I was ok with dogs or preferred to have them kept away from me. I'm a dog lover, so everything was fine and I encouraged him to let his dog visit with me. That was an extra perk to have a furry friend for a few cuddles while waiting!

Wade showed me examples of the two Line-X applications I was considering. He then went back to my truck with me to explain exactly what would be done. After making sure I was comfortable and checking again about my preferences for the dog, Wade went to work.

My beautiful truck is now more beautiful and I'm relieved to know the bed is protected from all of our camping gear. I love the Line-X lifetime guarantee and highly recommend Wade and his crew at Starbuck's Mid-Valley Line-X!

Wade and crew sprayed the front of my travel trailer to protect it from rock chips. They worked hard to tackle the difficult task of getting my trailer into their spray booth. The finished product was above my expectations. Highly recommend their shop.

Had my GMC Sierra sprayed. They did a fantastic job, quick, and very reasonable. I highly recommend these people as they are very professional an little bit funny.

Great personnel n they are going to spray my truck bed n put on some steps on my truck. Can't wait. I wish it were soon but they are busy so I have to go in on the 19th wish it were tomorrow. It will go fast.

Don't park here for fair. Two years in a row parked here and place looks bad and owners/workers have chip on shoulder. Watch out for debris driving through their parking lot if value car tires
