I had been to 5 other places and they couldnt source my tire size. It took one phone call and one made appointment to get the tires I need replaced! Good price fast work and quality work! Will be coming back soon for any other repairs I may need!

I brought in my 2003 Kia spectra for an electrical diagnosis. 4 others shops couldn’t figure out the issue, but Midas figured out the problem fast and efficient! I’ll be bringing all of my business here from now on!

I am shocked at what happened! I went in expecting to have my tires rotated along with the oil change. I was called and told that they recommended me replacing two tires but I told them I needed to wait to get new ones. They did not tell me that they were not going to rotate the tires. They didn’t even tell me that my car was done when they should have. I waited after they called about their recommendation to replace two of the tires for 30 minutes after… an hour and a half total.and then I finally walked over to see if my car was done and they were just standing around waiting instead of calling me. When I was driving right after they serviced it, the tire pressure light came on and I had to go to a gas station to fill it up and the tenant said they were extremely low. My tires were fine prior to bringing my car to Midas When I asked about the tire pressure and made a comment about them not putting enough air into the tires when they rotated them, Austin said that they didn’t rotate them. Again, they did not tell me that they didn’t do that service. His attitude was awful to top it off. He said I must have run over a nail! Really? He was acting like he would never rotate tires when they needed to be replaced which does not make any sense! They have less than 26,000 on them and some wear from turning only. I’ll never go there again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Update! They didn’t secure the oil pan shield and it came halfway off while I was on the freeway and It sounded like the engine blew up! I pulled over on the freeway the only place that I could and a truck almost killed me! They are completely incompetent. I filled a complaint with the corporate office.

Took vehicle for ac work. Had tech diagnose system and I was adviced changing a part. Had part replaced and took car home. The same exact problem was still present after service. I took the vehcile back a couple of days later and explained that vehcile ac system was still not working and showing same signs of malfucntion prior to repair. Austin took the car and had techs re-check it again. According to Austin, the techs had truck running for an hour and found no issues with system. Picked up vehcile again and drove it home. While on drive back, I noticed the same exact problem I mentioned the first time I took it to Midas and before the "repair" was made. I took vehicle back for the 3rd time and explained that the same issue is still present and demanded an explanation as to why the system is still not fixed. Austin stated that "AC systems are finicky and not easy to repair", yet I was charged $60 for an advanced leak detection and was assured on the first visit that the faulty part was detected and system was repaired and working perfectly. Yesterday, I received a call from Austin stating that my ac compressor is leaking and want to charge over $800 to fix the problem. After spending $600 prior to have the ac system fixed and still not operarional, I feel that the techs of midas do not know what they are doing and are just throwing parts at a car to see if they can try to fix them without properly diagnosing the cause before charging a customer.

Found out what the problem was. It was NOT THE COMPRESSOR as stated by the incompetent employees at Midas. It turned out it was the high pressure switch on top of compressor. Midas wanted to charge me $800 for a new compressor, stating it was leaking. What was leaking turned out to be a $15 part. These mechanic did not perform a complete diagnose and therefore were expecting me to pay to have them throw parts at the car. I bought a UV leak kit and I found the problem within minutes. I would not trust this shop to perform any type of work on any car and I would stay clear from this shop. As shown in the pictures, it was a very simple part to change. It turned out that the the o-ring was worn and the switch itself had a crack causing the refrigerant to leak out. Bottom line, this shop is filled with crooks.

I brought my Acura TSX in for a free brake inspection because I heard squealing. They informed me that there is a squealer on the pad to let you know that the pads have worn to their limit and need to be replaced. My rear pads were between 2&3mm so I had them replaced along with the rotors. I believe the name of the individuals helping me were scot and austin? Sorry if I’m wrong! They were thorough, extremely friendly and now my car drives great! Thank you guys!

My starter went out on my Jeep and as a Kfalls resident i was pretty lost on what to do. I called austin and his team at Midas and they have been nothing but amazing. From actively calling to make sure my Jeep is running well to overall customer service I trust these guys with my car!

The fellas had to replace my rotors and dics I had no brakes in the rear they notified me about what needed to be done. They all were pretty awesome I have a midas card as a result. It helped a lot I am grateful they kept me on the road.

The staff at midas are helpful and friendly! Great place to get an oil change, especially since their prices are fairly low.

I had a negative experience, at this location. Our appointment was made because of the $49 coupon, but by the time they called me to confirm it had expired. The technician who checked me in seemed put out by assisting me and refused to honor the price. Don’t waste your time like we did. #baitandswitch

Went and got a Timing Belt change.was quoted 3 hours (plus a lunch break) and ≈$900. Currently in the lobby on hour 6, with about $1400 down the drain. Many other people besides me being quoted the wrong information as well.

Came in with issues on my honda cr-v, later found out they let me drive off the lot with a rear caliper bolt missing on one of my tires, and did not do a quality job of repairing my vehicle. Would reccomend going to kelly’s automotive instead.

Been a customer since 2007. I could see the mechanics through the window doing their work brakes work great thanks! I will be returning for my AC fix before the heat! Thank you. Tim
