No one loves dealing with insurance, but I think these guys secretly do!
I've been working with the locally owned Midland Empire Insurance for a few years now and they have issued a number different policies for me. From my homeowner's insurance to my small business, even an office rental policy, Lawton and his co-workers have been friendly and professional. I turn to them first when I have insurance needs. Would recommend them!

Lawton and the whole team at Midland Empire have been an enormous help to our business. When it was time to review our coverage and make some changes, Midland Empire made the transition seamless. Very shortly after, we had a claim and Midland's response was extremely prompt. We had someone out taking pictures and initiating the claim literally within an hour of contacting them. Insurance is so important and Midland Empire helped us to get it right.

They are great, when it was time to renew our policy Paula checked out (before I even got there) and found us insurance that was 100.00 cheaper per mo. And in this day and age every little bit helps

Absolute worst insurance company I have ever worked with. The owner, Elaine, does not keep track of her quotes and quoted me over $100 more than the previous week before and when I asked why it was so much more she told me she did not know and that she had not wrote down my previous quote. Also they were charging me for SR-22 insurance when I no longer carried it on my record. When I found out and contacted them I was told they have no way to see if we do and they only know if we tell them. But when I called another insurance company they immediately were able to see that I did not have an SR22 anymore. Elaine was also annoyed and rude when she found out I was going to shop around because she said she was charged $10 to run my driver's license. However, the other insurance company I contacted said they had never heard of any insurance company being charged to run a driver's license. I will never go back there and I will tell everybody what a horrible experience I had with them in hopes that they don't get scammed too. -Oh, & the liability alone for six months at Booth was just as much as full coverage at the first insurance place I called. Not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and don't bother with Booth.

They were lousy never returned my calls and I'm a current policy holder sorry to share this information but I wouldn't be able to give them a good recommendation
