We had midway come service an old furnace that hadn’t been cleaned in years. They were helpful over the holidays and had a tech call to discuss various options. In the end our furnace is working great and when it comes time to replace it we will be calling them:) friendly, Great with our pup and efficient service.

Nate and crew did an excellent job identifying and correcting furnace dehumidifier malfunction on new install.

When I called Midway Monday afternoon, someone got me immediate assistance and was able to get me scheduled for a service call that Wednesday. But in a fortunate turn of events, I received a call to update me that they would be able to come out next day. So Antonio came out to our home early Tuesday afternoon and was able to find the issue with our furnace.
He was quick and clean and was able to diagnose and fix our issues easily. It was an enjoyable experience from call to service.
