Mike's Drive-In, Milwaukie OR

So my partner and I decided to try out Mike's tonight since I hadn't had it yet. We ordered online then came up to the waiting area before the time it said to arrive on the website. The numbers being called out were all lower than mine so I waited for mine to be called. After waiting about 30 minutes, I heard an order larger than mine so I asked the man at the window for the status of my order. He gave me an odd look and asked if I had checked in with them when I got there. I said no and that I didn't know I was supposed to do that. He went to look for my food and when he came back he said condescendingly I need to check in or I'll be waiting for hours. I replied simply that it doesn't say on the website that I had to so I didn't know. This is when I could tell he was upset and said something to the likes of "Yeah, well! " Then slammed the window right in my face.

I called the restaurant after getting home and asked for the manager. The employee said he was very busy so I asked him to at least pass along this message and he told me that the man who did that to me was the GENERAL MANAGER! I'm honestly shocked and I have NO intent of spending anymore money here. It was totally out of line and extremely rude. I hope someone above him can hear about this.

Beautiful customer service. Snow Cloud is a champ at the window. His recommendation of the strawberry shake was exactly what I needed.

Burnt patties but served ice cold. The soda was warm though. Worst hamburger but good ice cream

Burger was delicious but the side of potato salad was kinda of a joke it tasted good but come on 1oz condiment container. LoL Also the Peanut Butter Milkshake was totally lacking flavor was a complete let down.

Very kind and thoughtful employee and the food is so delicious and you get full fast because not to Greece the milkshake is perfect and the price is not to spendy this place needs to be mentioned alot great tasty food keep it up y'all coming for life

I gave them a $4 tip if I would have known this is the size of the side I would have not gotten it. Plus how am I supposed to eat this with no silverware.

After all these years, Mike's is still the BEST drive-in, fast food burger in Portland. Hands down! Don't pass them up!

I was on my way to admit myself into the hospital I thought a milkshake would be awfully good before I went in I ordered a root-beer shake it tasted so good. The problem is it was 7.75 for a large shake

I really thought this place was going to be delicious, but unfortunately I feel like it was just a waste of money! My burger was very undercooked and I don't mean just a tad bit pink, I'm talking still cold/frozen in the center undercooked! The burger patty was extremely bland, no flavor and no seasoning. My fiance said he would have rather had McDonald's instead. I only got a handful of fries and the Hersheys Chocolate Shake was just ok. One good thing I can say is the staff were very friendly and they were quick to make me another burger.

Reminds me of old Portland. Just slinging burgers and fries, old style. No inside seating, kind of has that old Portland feel. Kind of Skyline Burger like. Also gluten free buns!

We went to this place because of their Instagram social media marketing everyone in line have never been there so I think they're marketing is working the food was mediocre at best they were out of the pumpkin soft serve which was there big special so they didn't even have that available. We had their halibut fish and chips neither were good, fish or the chips and the Reuben was very good I have to give that one a thumbs up so overall medium food.

I ordered way ahead online and still had to wait almost a half hour for our food. When we got the food, the fries were cold from sitting and the two women that I TRIED to talk with had really rotten attitudes and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Very upsetting. Won't be eating at any Mike's anymore.
