I've been here twice, once for a navel piercing 5 years ago, and again recently for a septum piercing. The piercer is fantastic. Very experienced, detail oriented, and patient. Everything is kept supremely clean.

Had my ears pierced here today! The staff was so friendly and great. And the piercer (Milano?) was so friendly and professional. Process was quick, and non painful as well. Thank you so much!

Super awesome! Worth the money. My six year old got ears pierced. This was her third time. Don't waste you time going to the mall. Go to a professional. Do it once! Now her piercing are straight. Not one issue healing. The selection was awesome too!

Pay a little more but it's worth it. Love this place. I've gotten three piercing done here. Totally recommend this establishment.

I got my vertical labret done here, and it turned out nicely but it accidentally fell out in my sleep making me have to get it redone and they didn't even charge me. Very clean, professional and kind place to their customers.

Great, quick, and nearly-painless nose piercing. I have had this done in the past, and Scott did it better. He took the time to educate me on the metals used in the industry, standards, practices, and third-party certifications. I was also impressed with the clean and well-decorated salon. The person working the front (did not catch her name), was really friendly and helpful as well. Finally, they have a decent selection of jewelry at a variety of price-points.

Scott (owner/piercer) has the BEST sterile environment and HIGH grade medical jewelry I have ever seen. During these times, a sterile environment is ESSENTIAL. Scott has over 20+ years of experience and IT SHOWS. If you are considering a piercing whether it be for you or your child THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Scott was also VERY personable and had great vibes. Milano's is fantastic! He knows exactly what to do to get the look you want woth a piercing! Everything is very sterile and professional! I definitely recommend! Been there for nose, ear and belly button, will be taking my daughter to get her ears done there!

I was very afraid to have my ears pierced with a needle. As it turned out it was very easy and not as painful as using a gun.
I was put to ease and treated with utter respect. Would go back

Scott has done several of my piercings now. He's helped me learn what's safe and not safe. Everything he uses is sterile and I haven't had any issues with healing on any of my piercings. He is a very kind and patient man, the ladies at the front are also super helpful and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend and I plan on going back a lot more in the future!

Gone here since I was 12 (20 now) I don't trust anywhere else. Extremely clean, organized and professional. Not as cheap as some piercing shops but definitely worth the extra $20 for the piercer's expertise. Also good place to buy jewelry that you know isn't going to irritate your skin or tarnish or fall apart.

Love Scott.but Scott you need to get more jewelry, other than that I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a nice, professional shop. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the work is great but from my experience the piercer is not the most friendly. He is just very straight forward and to the point. If bedside manner is important to you this might not be the best place for you but if you don't care about that and just want to get a well done, quality piercing look no further.

I had a great experience getting my lobes pierced! Milano was super fast and overall made it a pleasant experience. The front desk was awesome to!

My friend and I went in together to get double helix pierced and I additionally got my conch and a jewelry change on my daith I had pierced over a year ago. He noticed it wasn't healing well and suggested I get a barbell instead of a ring to help it heal. His attention to detail and placement is really good, he is also patient to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Never felt rushed, which is nice when you are doing something you are going to see every day.

My friend and I had tried to go elsewhere but it just felt somewhat dirty, service was bad and they had an hour wait. We decided to wait and try this place which feels decades ahead, clean, sterile and modern. I'll just go here from now on.

The employees are friendly & upbeat. The piercer is amazingly quick & gives you lots of tips for care. Always very clean. Good music. Great atmosphere.
