Very poor customer service. They don’t answer their phone. You are forced to leave a message and wait for a return phone call. I left my message at the exact time they opened for the day. It took them 8 hours & 45 minutes to return my call.
Great place for your heavyduty RV insurance no problem with my 44' 5er and Volvo semi puller
I've been with Miller's for several years and have been happy, until last week. Was treated extremely rudely by a woman whom very clearly did not want to do her job.
I was unaware I needed some paperwork and the woman said, "I can press a button on the computer all day but until you get me the paperwork it's useless. " There were several more sarcastic quotes like this.
Can no longer recommend Miller's.
