Bottle drops are much the same. This one is better taken care of. Today there were some uprisings. The security staff on site today was great

I'm a big fan of the green bag drop off, but they have gone from two bags a day 2 less than two bags a week.they have some sort of system where you can only drop off 15 bags every 3 months unless you wait in line and do it yourself. I used to love the convenience of just whenever I drove by the bottle drop throw my cans in now it's becoming a hassle where I have to make a plan to do it.

This is the second time we've had a bad experience with an employee here. They are very rude! The machine didn't give us our money and when we spoke to the employee she said we were lying and there was nothing she could do. I called the corporate number and they were very helpful and got us our money. The other experience I had was the same lady straight ignored my husband he was trying to ask her a question along with another customer and she just walked away. So in my eyes the employees here are extremely rude and need to find new jobs.

FYI - Summer Milwaukie BottleDrop Summer hours have ended
/changed. They no longer are open til 7pm even though the posted closing time is @7pm on this website. It was a pretty un-sastisfying/un-eventful trip.lol.

The new hours are 10am - 6pm. Hopefully this helps someone else not to show up to locked doors. ***Side note, I got there and it was 6: 02 on their business clocks, others customers were just starting their retirns and they were right in front of me. Sometimes it’s ok to let the customer line finish or if it’s new closing hours, close the front doors at 6pm and don’t leave them pushed open. Just a thought.

Worst of the bottle drop locations around, stinks horribly and crazy fruit fly infestation. Its been going down hill since opening but this visit will be my last visit.

The fat, old guy told me "You can only have one cart per machine" But it clearly says 1 cart per customer on the board and It was me and my dad. Then I told him what does it say on the board and then he told me to "Shut Up Shut Up Shut up" I was suprised because Im only a kid. Then he told me "You have to learn some manners young man" Haha this guy is on a different level of rude, Please fire this man. This guy was also being rude to others 6: 10 pm Sunday sep 1

Nice fast machines that work!
Update 8-13-2019
Reduced to 3 stars. Machines are getting slower and not as reliable.

Everything was fine till the machine told me to get the rest of my money from an attendant. Attendant was rude and would not speak loudly enough to be heard or acknowledge that they understood me and kept insisting I go to the machine again and rolling their eyes at me.

Terrible customer service! They come over and randomly cash people out for no reason and tell them they can no longer deposit bottles. I had only deposited less than half the limit when this happened to me, when I asked her why she literally ignored me like I wasn't even there, when I asked the manager, he had the exact same response and completely ignored me. I have seen this happen to handfuls of people.

Arrived at 550 not all machines were working only had one bag worth of cans to dispose of.
A machine became available after 557 as I was unloading employee refused to let me unload rest at 559 and hit the payout button on the machine.

Employee refused to give me his name. Was very rude.

This is not how customer service should be handled all customers who were last inside should be given chance to finish and shut doors at 6. This employee should be fired for his actions.

Never very clean, but a major improvement in recycling beverage cans and bottles! They take every brand imaginable and better yet, if you set up an account you can return your bottles in prepaid plastic bags without having to count them.

Staff was VERY nice, made me feel comfortable even though i had no idea how the system works, lost my card years ago and the person behind the counter got me a new one and a new login. Lots of machines.

I can say this is the best one near Portland that I have ever been to. That's a positive. And today there was zero line. 4 stars!

After purchasing 10 bags, I asked the man at the counter if he would let my 5 year old use the employee restroom since the customer restroom was out of order. He refused, stating it was company policy. My daughter ended up peeling all over herself in public as we frantically ran around trying to find another bathroom. She was bawling, and completely mortified, experiences like these can sometimes scar a child for life. She is now refusing to go to school, girl scouts, etc because she is terrified of leaving the house and being in a car where she won't be right by a bathroom. THANKS A LOT COUNTER MAN!

Come for the lines, stay for the smell. Gotta love playing with your garbage to get your bottle fees back. Much easier then just dropping it into the recycle bin. Just a short easy 15 minute drive for your convenience.

This center is supposed to be open until 6pm. At 5: 55 pm, I had several bottles that hadn’t been taken by the machine, but was told that the hand count was closed. It’s hard for me to get here because of my work, and it was upsetting that the person working decided to close things down early, especially when there were several people still doing business. She was also rude and pushy about people finishing up. Also, it smells like college vomit inside.
